That was a tough episode for sure. The Sweet Candies performance devastated me. I wish more time had been given to the goodbyes in general. Viewers need to be able to process the losses too.

I agree 100%. If it would be okay for them to date if they were not blood-related and were raised entirely separately, what changes if they happen to live in the same house for some amount of time?

I think the taboo for unrelated siblings is just spill-over from the one for blood-related ones. The one for blood-related relatives was established way back when step-families weren't very common.

I don't have a problem with step-brothers getting together if they're unrelated by blood. I might be wrong, but anthropologically speaking the taboo about incest probably came from observing the negative result of inbreeding amongst family members who are indeed related by blood.

I find it hard to insist upon restrictions for two people who are unrelated just because their parents happened to get married.

I *love* Nine and will be thrilled if he gets to debut. I don't know why he mentioned failing with dramas, though, because he was cast in one that ended up being very popular in the BL community.

I'm glad you liked it! Another thing that's impressive is that Singto was working on 'Friend Zone' around the same time as this series, and his character there is completely different (at least in the later episodes.)

I'm not bothering with the h.s. story and go to the 2015 part every week. If the follow-through is something special then I'll return to the earlier episodes to give the series a proper watch.

For now I've just about given up. Whoever dreamed up this approach to storytelling is an idiot.

I bet they're losing a lot of viewers because of the very reasons you give.

All I know is, whatever his issue was, with each little tease every week they're raising the stakes. They need to come through with something worth the wait.
