Just as the first season's finale was Minato accepting Shin, this year's will be Minato saying "I like you" to Shin.
LAME.
Minato is an insufferable d-bag. The longer Shin puts up with his stupidity, the more questionable is Shin's own sense of self-worth. He could do so much better. Why put up with a 30-something closet case who's so ashamed of their relationship he won't even commit to it himself?
I noticed that @6:51 in Episode 6, the camera pans over Su Yu's desk and there is a little reproduction of the poster for the film "Kids Return". It's a Japanese movie from 1996 about two friends who follow very different paths and then reunite to look back on their lives.
Most interesting is that the "backwards bike ride" is depicted on the poster:
In the novel, the cousin is infatuated with BLY and he wants them to separate. He also took part in orchestrating…
My over-analysis of the opening and closing credits makes me think we'll see the boys graduate high school together and attend the same university, since there are notes attached to the blackboard saying that they're both accepted to "Air Force Astronautics University".
There's also a scene where it looks like both boys are in Duoduo's classroom for her own "graduation". They're standing at the front of the room wearing identical black shirts, with all the kids and teachers gathered around them. And we can see the fat little boy in a seat to the far right with a rolled-up paper that might be his diploma.
Douyin update a little interview of the boys and someone has kindly translated it into English https://twitter.com/burninglight92/status/1682716091183939584?s=46&t=w1_gbLmT3E_SkqouqLYbYQ
Thank you for this! His natural voice is nice. It makes me wonder why they felt the need to dub him in the series.

Now who’ll assist me in making ye wanying disappear? Raise your hand 🙋🏽♀️. How can you boldly lie, trying…
It's funny, I was sympathetic towards her when it was clear she was just another plaything to Wu Bi's cousin, but then she started with the lies and became evil incarnate.

I might need to watch after all.

Not only for "Su Yu is mine!", but because of Wu Bi confiding to Duoduo that he is "tormented by love".
Will the two of them kiss on screen? Who knows! But this is turning out to be one of the most romantic m/m series I've ever seen.
