I love everything about this show, even though though chasers are vehemently chasing their crush, without having…
In telling Phayu to live life on his own terms, I think Rain is asking him to stop thinking of himself as a servant and open himself up to Rain as a potential partner. It's so obtuse, though, so it could easily be misunderstood.
But, at the same time Rain shouldn't flirt by using his "master" status to force Phayu into situations that make Phayu uncomfortable, just to see if he can make Phayu give in. For Phayu to defy his father to the point of being in a relationship with the son of their employer would be a big f'in deal. I don't know if Rain realizes that yet.
Episode 1 and 2 out on Bilibili with subtitles (Use VPN set to Philippines)https://www.bilibili.tv/en/media/1065921
I'm hoping maybe you can tell me .. I'm registered on Bilibili but when I go to the site to search for the series, it doesn't come up. Is there some kind of trick to finding their series on there? I had the same problem when I first tried to search for "The Best Friend". Thanks!
I can hear all the other Rain-Phayu fangirls squealing along with me ... Finally they get a generous helping of…
While this is no "180 Degrees Latitude", the sexual tension is almost unbearable. The director seems to have a thing for hands wandering down Noh's abs. Those abs might deserve their own casting credit haha.
Do you think Phayu finally got the message when Rain grabbed his hand and urged it downward? LOL
When they were lying shirtless on the bed with no blanket (clever, Rain!), it reminded me of the scene in "My Gear and Your Gown" (book version) where Itt secretly manipulates Pai into spending the night with him in a cold classroom. They end up cuddling to stay warm. That was the only thing missing in today's episode.

Finally they get a generous helping of the episode, and oh my goodness! The series seems to be making up for lost time. Makes me wonder if the producers are responding to viewer feedback.
When Inn said "we're sorry it happened" does me mean the dad dying or was he referring to something else?
I think Inn is referring to his relationship with Wang's father.
And why did Wang (who never cries anymore) suddenly look like he was about to? I think maybe he took that to mean that Inn wouldn't let him get too close.
As I said below, starting with Toy not giving Q a ride to the airport and a taxi ride that took so long that the sunny afternoon had turned to night, I got the feeling that something disrupted the filming of the series to the extent that they could no longer get the two lead actors on the set at the same time.
They did what they could to simulate a reunion at the end, but the blacked-out screen during the key moment when X answered the door makes me think they were in a real bind with very few options. Maybe that's also why the number of episodes was suddenly reduced.
That final scene was oddly presented. It makes me wonder if there were issues with the production where they couldn't finish filming the way they wanted.
We never saw X and Q in the same shot, and since that would have been required to show us a happy reunion, let alone a kiss, they blacked out the screen and give us only dialog.
Even the scene of Q's taxi ride to the airport seemed a little sloppy and last-minute.
There's no way that was the original plan. I'll never believe it.
They should have ditched the whole "curse" element and simply focused on the academy as a fascist school that intimidates its students, resulting in the murder of one of the teachers.
The curse is insulting to the intelligence of the characters as well as viewers.
Who would encounter a bunch of vandalized protest signs and immediately think the perpetrator was an other-worldly being and that a curse was behind it? Certainly not the students enrolled in what the description says is "the country's leading all-boys school". I mean, come on. We're not talking about a lost tribe in the Amazon who thinks an airplane is a silver bird-god in the sky.
Despite these eye-roll inducing elements I'm sticking around because I want to see what it finally takes for Akk to succumb to Ayan, and what eventually turns him into a wolf in prefect's clothing.
Aside from that it's sad that they felt obligated to include the ol' "seatbelt" ploy. At least they had the creativity to use a judo hold to substitute for one of the leads falling into the arms of the other. The seatbelt schtick just stood out for its association with much worse series.
I wish we could take the slow and unnecessary episodes from this series and donate them to "21 Days Theory", which is wrapping up with a meager four and knows how to tell a story.

Added bonus: no orchestra scene.... ๐๐๐

The rest of my comment behind the spoiler.
Iโve heard theyโre a couple irl but have never seen real proof of that. In the BL industry you never know.

A little disappointed but overall a cute series.

Today's episode says "August 26", last week's said "August 19", and the first episode was "August 12".
