I completely agree with you. I’m on Ep 5 and I am really getting annoyed at the MLs; both of them but more so Wei Zhao. And I hate that the script makes the FL submit to the abusive, toxic ML and fall in love with him. What msg are they sending? I don’t care abt his suffering for his people coz what’s the difference between him torturing/killing an innocent girl and his enemies slandering his father?

I’m very critical of dramas with illogical plot holes and script-writing. This series is the only one that I’m so ok with putting aside my brain while watching. This must be a curse from the tomb 🤣
