This drama has such a great story to tell but unfortunately suffers from low budget & poor acting from a lot of side characters. Imo, these are what pulled the drama down. The story is very complete, I enjoyed all the plot twists. In the last few eps I had to put aside my brain to enjoy the drama 🤣 Jianglong is the best actor in the drama for me & I love the chemistry between Huzi & Xiaoxuan. I still enjoyed watching TaC as a whole, the story is very compelling.

Such a good drama! But I was hoping to see the scumbag suffer more in the end. His ending was too easy for him.

Can someone tell me who sent the package to Lin Shuang in the last ep and what was it? It’s not translated and I can’t read what’s written on the card that came with the package.

They’re at Dianfeng now but I can’t believe SO many of them couldn’t even fight that bitchy chipmunk who’s supposed to be a doll!

They can’t create that many scenes of Wu Lidan staring at her longingly and not giving them any romance line after that. Leave Huzi to Xiaoxuan 😂

They resolve that arc pretty fast so I’m ok with it. Also they need to introduce those ppl as we saw how important they were to the journey to Dianfeng Valley.

Yeah I think the production suffers from budgeting when it comes to costumes and cgi. I’m mainly watching for the plot and actors.

Yeah they crank up the romance between Huzi and Xintong in yesterday’s episodes but I just don’t feel it. Especially from Xintong, it looked as if someone forced a romance on her 😅. She was having so much fun dancing while Huzi was worried sick abt her 🤣

I noticed too. I think Huzi and Xiaoxuan has more chemistry than with Xintong tbh.
