you know there’s a series of murder going on so why walk alone at night even worse on the same route your best…
She didn’t know her friend was targeted at the same place,
You’d expect officers patrolling that area, or better still cordoned off the field but it was treated with complacency and that’s why the killer is having fun with it
The police knew of five, but as an active investigation, people at the time only knew of the isolated ones that they were directly involved in. Regardless, this was still an institutional failure
(Tw: opinion) Contrary to most of these comments here, I disliked eps 3-4 more than the first 2. I'm struggling…
To add on to this thread, when someone is plain about their feelings and open, you’d appreciate them over people who talk shit behind your back and have a superiority complex.
He’s like a breath of fresh air and if you recognise the kind of person he is, you’d want to be with and protect them
Episode 4:...the phone call. Wow, the phone call...I'm beginning to appreciate, rather than resent, that NF is…
Jin-Man is frustrated (and so am I), Agit literally put up a sign saying he’s banned but he went there to taunt Gyeong-Se. a place that doesn’t deserve Dong-Man, people that do not want to understand him. That has people that allow Gyeong-Se do what he wants and still allow it because he’s “successful”
It’s understandable Dong-Man cannot cut them off easily but we are suffering because he’s suffering
Was the tone all over the place for anyone else? I went in blind and i'm not sure what it's trying to be lol.
I think the tone was intentional as a the audit team is. All over the place with the character introductions and setting the tone for the rest of this drama. Up and down like the episode name said.
My takeaway of the theme is equality and hierarchy, like we were told, and what better way to tell than how the characters were introduced. The female lead is written how men usually are, great at her job, beloved and scary, and firm.
Male lead is good at his job and cushy, but what was that scene at the end..,
I agree with everything you’ve said, every episode leaves me lost for words and reflect.
Deep down, I believe this drama is also about forgiveness. We are all trying here, no one’s perfect but we shouldn’t pretend to be self righteous
This imo is worse than love triangles

They all have so many creative nicknames like the poltergeist and Joo-sniper
But I understand what you mean. Give episode 2 a try and see if it’s worth your while
The almost murder didn’t take away from the comedy but it’s giving it a layered approach.
This drama is touching on a very sensitive subject, and the tonal jump is necessary to not be dismissive (in my opinion)
