I suspect that MY's mother is the one who poisoned her. The thing is - in slavic countries and especially in Russia - there is no rule/believe that " if you do not have a good relationship in your family or you do not have your own family - you are not good businessmen (man who you can trust in business). That is chinese cultural stuff/believe. Nobody in Russia cares if you have family and if you are good husband/wife. Other factors are important for consideration about business cooperation. Drama is misleading its chinese viewers about russian business practics.

And no russian guy will be watching and listening personal stuff between two people. It is highly unethical in Russia and all neighbouring countries. Personal is always left outside business and other relationships. It is non existent that one business partner is highly interested if the couple is or not in divorse process. Who cares. So it was super cringy.

ChengYi and YangZi have nothing in common, any facial feature is similar. If looking for similarities - Zhao Lusi would be more similar to ChengYi, they have same face shape and noses, ChengYi is male version od Zhao Lusi. And both can deliver emotions ferfectly as well.

Anyway - I loved how he still keeps the secret that the token is fake even when facing such brutal preassure. He is keeping poker face and observing everybody reactions.

Especially his pinkish girlie costumes in the first episodes. I thought first - that ML was wearing girl dresses, because his costumes were so soft and light-pink 😂
