I LOVE THE MUSIC, however............ I gotta agree a little here. I watched without watching...... I enjoyed…
Yup!! Exactly! The music is so constant and overbearing that you can't really feel any natural connection to the plot because the musical score is trying too hard to set the tone. Don't get me wrong, the music is beautiful and I would love it as a soundtrack / OST to listen to but right now it is overpowering the story development & the actors. I reeeeeally hope that it will not be this way in later episodes!!!
I want to drown whoever the composer and the sound mixer for this is drama because the constant never ending background music is way too loud and it overpowers the dialogue. It's annoying af. If it never lets up I don't think I'll make it through.
I was thinking if i should comment something about this drama, but i would like to share my experience with my…
I am so thankful you left this comment and shared this story. Many of us have had similar experiences with our loved ones and feel the same way you do watching this show. *hugs*
Baeksang nominations is out!!! This drama is nominated along w/ SHK for best actor, Choi sung Eun (jae yi) for…
I truly cannot believe Jin Goo was not nominated. Total travesty. Granted, Jin Goo could practically be nominated for every drama he stars in because he is that insanely good but if ever there was a time for him to win, Beyond Evil is it.
Hello. Can someone tell me why did HJW pursue this case involving LYY. I mean, what was his motivation to solve…
He wasn't pursuing the LYY case. He was originally pursuing the missing prostitute/informants case and he linked Dong Shik to that case believing Dong Shik was a serial killer so he was pursuing Dong Shik not LYY per se. He believed Dong Shik killed the sister and all of the other missing women.
This drama far exceeded my expectations! So many modern Cdrama's are too light & fluffy (I love those too but!) recent Modern Cdrama's often lack really well written & acted mature plot lines and this one has almost NO drag and keeps you interested, guessing and then even when you know they still make the cat & mouse intriguing and smart. It also has a very good balance of romance, drama, crime etc for those that do not like a ton of romance. It is romantic but this is a crime, mystery drama first & foremost so don't let the romance put you off. This also has VERY strong female characters. Some of my favorite female characters ever actually. They are multi-dimensional, well flushed out & thoughtful. I wish I could find more Cdrama's like this. It's not perfect and I can nitpick here & there but as a whole it is reeeeally well done. The recommendations above are lacking (I only see 4) so if anyone has rec's please reply!
Wasn't it implied when he forgets to take the bag at the store? I came here to check because I haven't read the…
I just went back and re-read through the first half of the manwha and the show is doing things a little out of order but in the manwha it’s not revealed as early as I remembered it. I thought it was like in the first 10 chapters but it comes after that so actually the show is being pretty faithful & im sure they will explore it because it’s such a pivotal part of the plot and grandpas motivation for sticking through things. You should totally read the manwha when you get time!
In the manwha I could swear grandpa's dementia/memory/mental state situation is revealed early on so I'm surprised that we are 4 episodes in and it hasn't been brought up. I'm wondering if they will incorporate it or they are leaving it out and not making it an integral part of the story? The show is so beautifully done but I am hoping we see much more of a Chae-Rok & Grandpa and their bond / development which makes the story so special.
This is one of theeeeeeee most beautiful WEBTOONS I've ever read and the 1st two episodes have been perfect. It's everything I hoped it would be. Get your tissues ready every time you watch an episode because this one is a beautiful journey between two people who had no idea they would impact each other's lives in such meaningful ways. It's one of the most heartwarming stories ever and Song Kang is the most perfect fit.
First, Song Kang is so freaking handsome. Like I mean, thirst all over. He outgrew my previous expectations. People…
They are 100% using a dance double for most of the scenes which is why they are very aggressively cut between facial closeups and then lower body /far away wide shots.
Song Kang learned enough for them to be able to blend him in to the professional dance doubles scenes but he is not doing most of the actual dance cuts.
Song Kang does all the ballet scenes himself or do they use a stuntman?
The people in the comments who think he is doing most of the ballet himself are misinformed. 6 months of ballet training is not enough on any planet to be able to do triple pirouettes much less most of the other choreography. 6 months of training was to get Song Kang good enough at the posture and ballet basics that they could use him for close ups but all the cuts that are not close up are definitely a professional dancer /double double dancer standing in for SK.
Maybe it's because I've been torn between two loves, lived through battles between my heart & my head and trying to understand what exactly love means........ but this 2nd season was beautiful to me and showed in this sort of convoluted but simplified way how love, love and both how we give it and how we receive it, sometimes reciprocated but so so so often it's not, or it's complicated or in some cases, we put up a shield because it's easier than being vulnerable to someone. Most humans are yearning for people they may never have, or they once had and lost. Two people ringing *only* each other's love alarms .....at the same time ......for a long time..... is one of life's miracles because human emotions are are so darn complicated.
