What happens in 14/15 is devastating. But honestly I am relieved that she is away from the 2 evils, the twin and the LAMP…. who are jealous of her and we’re never going to let her be happy.
At least now she can go live in the mortal realm which she has always dreamed of. She never wanted to be an immortal diety and said it over and over. Her dream was to travel among mortals.

Exactly!!! If YD wasn’t determined to protect her twin YY would have told the truth from the minute the bad twin was in his bed. Instead YD creates this mess and wakes up like “ok wait what does YD want me to do.” He would have thrown the twin out immediately but he only lets her stay for YD said. I blame all that mess on YD choosing to play the disguise game in the hut. Poor guy nearly dies, then he wakes up to a total mess, he tries to do his best to keep everyone safe, he doesn’t know what’s in YD head so he tries his best to do what he thinks she wants.

I think going to back to Heaven, taking his punishment, sealing her memory into his immortal spirit is love. If he has been told she easily crossed the river and has erased his memory he believes she’s now in the mortal world, safe and has erased him. He could have erased her but he didn’t. That’s the biggest proof of love.

I totally agree…… but I feel like it all spirals from her choice to disguise herself as her twin. She literally created the entire mess with that choice. All she had to do was reveal herself alright after she gave him her heart in the hut. Then, we don’t have this dumb “will u recognize me” game where he wakes up with the twin in his bed not knowing WTF Yandan wants him to do, who he is supposed to protect etc. literally if she doesn’t introduce the twin into the mess, he wakes up, there is no “which twin, why is this twin in my bed” mess….. he knows and she knows and the whole disaster to come is avoided.
I think I’m the only person here who not only understands YY and why he did what he did, but I even respect him since he told the truth and took the love punishment.
No one seems to realize/accept that once YY/YD fell in love, their fate and her doom was set. This is the only way it could play out that would give her a chance to live.
In almost any other scenario, she would have ended up being killed by the love punishment.
YY was in a NO WIN situation and his only priority was preserving her life. And he has admitted to everyone he is in love with her and he has taken his punishment. He even refused to let them erase his memories of her and sealed them in his immortal spirit. In no way do I find him as the bad guy or at fault for any of this. He didn’t ask to be saved. He didn’t ask her to disguise herself and create this entire mess with her twin.
He was dealt a deck of cards and tried at every turn to make sure YD would live. They are both victims. Both of them.
