So far (ep.4) I don't seem to be able to get hooked on the second season! I absolutely adored the first season and for once I looked forward to the second one (I am very much against second seasons for K dramas!). But this is weirdly unwatchable: Kim Wook's long hair is annoying (and does he really need to grimace so much?!?), Pan Soek's childlike attitude disconcerting and in general rather disappointing!
People here say the book is better so I looked it up: there is a rather good official translation on Amazon Kindle for 19euros!!!!!! Are they mad? That is the price of a paper book not an electronic one! But I guess, the currently airing show's superfans will be buying it nevertheless! Good for you!

Two episodes in: Nice, quiet and very closed off FL but uncertain what she wants to do with her life. Hugely toxic and frustrated mother. Kind father living with his partner and the reason for mother's bitterness. Interesting ML. Apparently bi. Overbearing music, loud maudlin violins. Magnificent terrariums: I want one!
This is something I am definitely going to rewatch...if they manage to wrap it up in a satisfying manner. It is the first time since TMS2 that I wanted to rewatch a drama! Such an amazing series!

Have you seen him in Cupid's Last Wish? He was absolutely overweight but I guess it might have been because his character in that series is a big eater! So I find that he has lost a lot of weight here! LOL Mix needs to move away from Earth and find some other roles to play that are not necessarily in BL dramas!

Thanks, I was afraid of that but I expected as much! It is pretty obvious even in the first episode, that there are dark forces at work in that palace which the King seems to be unaware of! Oh, well...on to episode 3!😉
