Two episodes in: Nice, quiet and very closed off FL but uncertain what she wants to do with her life. Hugely toxic and frustrated mother. Kind father living with his partner and the reason for mother's bitterness. Interesting ML. Apparently bi. Overbearing music, loud maudlin violins. Magnificent terrariums: I want one!
This is something I am definitely going to rewatch...if they manage to wrap it up in a satisfying manner. It is the first time since TMS2 that I wanted to rewatch a drama! Such an amazing series!

Have you seen him in Cupid's Last Wish? He was absolutely overweight but I guess it might have been because his character in that series is a big eater! So I find that he has lost a lot of weight here! LOL Mix needs to move away from Earth and find some other roles to play that are not necessarily in BL dramas!

Thanks, I was afraid of that but I expected as much! It is pretty obvious even in the first episode, that there are dark forces at work in that palace which the King seems to be unaware of! Oh, well...on to episode 3!😉
I agree with everything you said: too much cuteness too little substance and zero conflict! I finished it but doing something else with this playing in the background! Eventually ,I found it adorable and boring! I keep reading reviews here: I guess we missed something here or, just as you said: "I am just too old for this shit!" I am glad I found someone else here who is nor enthralled by this drama's cuteness!

On the other hand, Korea produces very few BLs so I guess they decided not to talk about it because the ir popularity may disappear as siddenly as it rose! I was enjoying this silly drama until THAT happened! Unlike you, I never even kinda got used to this "kissing while asleep". It is so wrong on so many levels and not even remotely romantic. Not even in Semantic Error! WTF are the writers&producers thinking???? So did you finish it? Does it get back on track?
This is the korean, more depressing and tragic version of The Untamed. The two main guys have one of the hottest chemistries around. Chinese type of bromance made in Korea!
WOW! This is amazing! So much work put into it! But, do not take it the wrong way, I did not look through the list entirely even though I am interested: the list is far too long! After reading the first ten items, I stopped! Maybe you should split it by country? For better visibility?
