I hate when I really like a drama and then the director/writer decides to mess it up. Because what exactly went on in episode 11 and 12. I got so confused I watched episode 11 twice. How did it go from the ML harboring the spirit to the FL. Some scenes should have been taken off and more back story should have been provided. The series started off really well, some scenes were hilarious and the male shaman (I loved him from Vincenzo) his mannerisms had me laughing. However the last two episodes just took it from an 8.5 to a 6. Nice acting from the ML especially when he was switching personalities.
Just caught up to episode 16 on Viki and… I’m honestly struggling with this drama. The storyline is kind of all over the place, and a lot of scenes just feel unnecessary. The FL character, especially in relation to the ML, is just cringe. Episode 12 was the only one that actually clicked for me, mainly because the ML finally stood up to his mom. But even then, he barely feels like the ML half the time, more like a supporting cast.With only 8 episodes left, I hope it takes a turn for the better

I don't know why you're crying under my post. I've seen dramas with better casting. I never said anything about the FL's acting; I just felt like the TWINS as teens and adults didn't match, not their acting, because they all did great. There was no need for this dissertation.
Maybe it's just me, but this drama wasn't worth the hype. It started great, but some episodes were draggy AF. The 5-year break..lol The ML's poker face was hilarious at times. Yeah, he's a general, he's ruthless...blah blah, but it was funny.
This wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The ML and FL are both great actors, but the casting of the FL as twins was terrible, especially the FL in her teens. The actress they used is taller than the adult FL; it was just ridiculous. I was more interested in Rosa's story than the main leads.
ML needs to find a better script because I've seen him in four dramas, and the storylines are almost the same. Revenge, revenge, revenge; it's getting boring. The storyline was RUBBISH, and what's with the forceful kisses in many of these dramas...??
This was a decent drama (not a big fan of Chinese historic dramas). The FL kinda look like the hidden love actress (Zhao Liao) even her mannerisms. I disliked how rushed the ending was I expected more. My favorite characters were the 4 generals or warriors. The ML’s mom was beyond annoying. Overall for me 8/10
This was a well written drama, a bit slow had to skip so many parts but both leads did a good job especially the FL the way she expresses her emotions 👏🏻. It was so fun to see the FL take control of some of the kiss scenes unlike some dramas were the ML would kiss the FL after they’ve had a night of romance and she would be shocked (it always annoys me especially in kdramas)
Not a big fan of historical dramas but this ‘I have no words’ every actor DELIVERED in every way but LJW in historical dramas is something else after AOS this is my second fave of him. I hated the fact that he **** so 9/10🙄
And the prince or painter I hated his character and he did almost the same character in deaths game he really knows how to give creepy vibes.
I stumbled upon an edit of the main leads on YouTube and it made me smile, so I decided to watch the drama. This was a feel good show, like a perfect virgin mojito hitting the right spot, even cried in some episodes. Both the male and female leads were incredible. The storyline, acting, and character development were all really well done. I wanted a bit more in the end but I kinda liked how it ended (no proposal or marriage scene).
This drama must be a joke, it can’t be serious. The director was testing out and mistakenly released it cause I cannot believe what I watched. The ML expressions..LOL. Married for 3years and never met your wife??? Forceful kisses, this one was so annoying like I hated it so much. The ML ‘s mother forcefully trying to get your baby aborted and she walks out like nothing happened…. Wearing a crop shirt to a meeting..lol I can go on and on but …this was TERRIBLE. I won’t ask for my time back cause I used this drama to sleep off.
I want a well-written romantic drama with the second leads. Overall, this drama was "just there." I skipped so many scenes and only fully watched the 2nd lead's scenes.
While the ML and FL have insane chemistry, this drama was mehhhhhhhhh... Some of the acting from some of the side characters was cringey AF. They both need better scripts. I've seen him in three dramas with the FL, and his characters feel the same in all, and the 10-14 mins per episode is enough.
Just finished the last four episodes… Hands down, this is one of the best K-dramas I’ve ever watched. Everything was perfect! The ML and FL, both in their younger and older versions, absolutely killed their roles.

As for the ML (Park Bo Gum), he did a fantastic job in this drama, way better than in Encounter (the first drama I saw him in). I have zero complaints. I laughed, I cried (Episode 16 wrecked me 😩😩😩), and I loved every second of it.

And how did the SFL suddenly catch feelings for the detective?? Like, when did that even happen? Was it from the first moment she looked at him, or did I miss something?
Anyway, this drama was something; that’s the only word I can use.
Still in my top 10 drama for the year so far.
So, after watching the remaining 4 episodes, well, nothing changed. Do I recommend this drama? NO
