This was a well written drama, a bit slow had to skip so many parts but both leads did a good job especially the FL the way she expresses her emotions đđ». It was so fun to see the FL take control of some of the kiss scenes unlike some dramas were the ML would kiss the FL after theyâve had a night of romance and she would be shocked (it always annoys me especially in kdramas)
Not a big fan of historical dramas but this âI have no wordsâ every actor DELIVERED in every way but LJW in historical dramas is something else after AOS this is my second fave of him. I hated the fact that he **** so 9/10đ
And the prince or painter I hated his character and he did almost the same character in deaths game he really knows how to give creepy vibes.
I stumbled upon an edit of the main leads on YouTube and it made me smile, so I decided to watch the drama. This was a feel good show, like a perfect virgin mojito hitting the right spot, even cried in some episodes. Both the male and female leads were incredible. The storyline, acting, and character development were all really well done. I wanted a bit more in the end but I kinda liked how it ended (no proposal or marriage scene).
This drama must be a joke, it canât be serious. The director was testing out and mistakenly released it cause I cannot believe what I watched. The ML expressions..LOL. Married for 3years and never met your wife??? Forceful kisses, this one was so annoying like I hated it so much. The ML âs mother forcefully trying to get your baby aborted and she walks out like nothing happenedâŠ. Wearing a crop shirt to a meeting..lol I can go on and on but âŠthis was TERRIBLE. I wonât ask for my time back cause I used this drama to sleep off.
I want a well-written romantic drama with the second leads. Overall, this drama was "just there." I skipped so many scenes and only fully watched the 2nd lead's scenes.
While the ML and FL have insane chemistry, this drama was mehhhhhhhhh... Some of the acting from some of the side characters was cringey AF. They both need better scripts. I've seen him in three dramas with the FL, and his characters feel the same in all, and the 10-14 mins per episode is enough.
Just finished the last four episodes⊠Hands down, this is one of the best K-dramas Iâve ever watched. Everything was perfect! The ML and FL, both in their younger and older versions, absolutely killed their roles.
So, I finally got around to watching the last two episodes, and Iâm not sure how I feel about this drama. The storyline was definitely unusual and kept me engaged, but the ending just didnât do it for me.
So basically, the theory is that sheâs clearly something, if not a witch, and youâll die only if you stay with her or she likes you back? ???. And somehow, the detective was the same? I feel like they should have shown more about his own story, but Iâm not the director.
And how did the SFL suddenly catch feelings for the detective?? Like, when did that even happen? Was it from the first moment she looked at him, or did I miss something?
Anyway, this drama was something; thatâs the only word I can use.
I enjoyed the first four episodes. The part where he swam back from the ship was hilarious. Thereâs no K-drama without the drama⊠lol. The preview of the next episodes looks good; I can't wait.
The way the FL says GE-SE-KIA cracks me up. It's now my favorite word to say for no reason. đ
The male leadâs character is a walking red flag. He and the female lead had no chemistry, even though she tried her best. Maybe the age gap between them played a role in that.
The female lead is such a pushover. I expected her to at least pretend not to care and make him sweat a little, but she accepts him so easily, begging him to say âI love youâ was just pure cringe. And then giving the baby the ML took care of back to his birth mother like it was nothing? Ridiculous, but okay.
And those last few episodes⊠what was the writer smoking? Ending it with him having amnesia? LOL, you just have to laugh.
Itâs funny that she starred in both this drama and Fireworks of My Heart, where she basically plays the same character.
I liked her in Are You the One?âat least there, her character wasnât pathetic.
I dunno about anyone, but I liked this drama. It started slow, but it eventually picked up, and episode 7 about his brother made me cry so badly. The second couple were boring to me, especially the second male lead crying face, which made me cringe. Maybe because of the character he acted in Impossible Heir, I could not take him seriously in this drama.
The back and forth in this drama was exhausting. I don't hate this drama, but I do not love it either. The villagers spent 11 episodes hating the female lead, and suddenly, it disappears in episode 12. How??? I like both leads, but the script wasn't it.
Japanese ver. Is disappointing for me.korean ver. Was better than this.Don't know why i Couldn't feel any chemistry…
Exactly, he barely speaks, I canât even tell if her really likes the girl cause itâs looking more like Itâs for sex and nothing else. The Korean version even as much as I hated the MLâs character you could feel the chemistry and he TALKED.
The reason I even watched this drama is when I saw the trailer play on Netflix and saw the MLâs face (so fine).
I didnât like the Korean version because the FL was too stupid and the ML was a walking red flag; however, this version, while not so bad, is too rushed and all over the place; itâs hard to really feel the chemistry between both leads and the added storyline of the girl dying, I don't think it was needed in my opinion. Overall, it's not bad. The MLâs and FLâs outfits are ridiculous.
And the prince or painter I hated his character and he did almost the same character in deaths game he really knows how to give creepy vibes.

This was my first time watching the FL (IU) in a drama, and she is so so good, her acting felt so real and believable. As for the ML (Park Bo Gum), he did a fantastic job in this drama, way better than in Encounter (the first drama I saw him in).
I have zero complaints. I laughed, I cried (Episode 16 wrecked me đ©đ©đ©), and I loved every second of it.
9.8/10
(-0.2 because I wanted more Park Bo Gum)
