Saw a comment that said this is better compared to Go Ahead. I didn't wanna say anything about this drama but…
but that's not a fact just your opinion, people can have different preferences. if they prefer kdrama version, that's absolutely valid. some might dislike the actors in the cdrama, some might prefer the pacing of the kdrama. maybe this one will have better acting, cast, pacing and delivery for some. for some people this version is indeed better. it's all valid. one is not superior just because you say so. you can say all you want but it's simply not. i personally love the whole cast in this too.
this is not a competition, people can enjoy different things plus for gods sake only two episodes are out what's with the essay😠nothing is lost if the kdrama becomes popular, infact it will help draw more viewers to watch the cdrama, and cdramas in general. it's a win-win.
exactly! life would be boring if everything was the exact same. similarly for dramas too.
but these are different characters and different drama, it won't be the same. i would say try to not compare and only two eps are out, give it a chance if you enjoy watching it 😊 the og is great and will stay that way, it's a great story of found family no matter which country presents it.

whoa are we nitpicking scenes now when only two eps are out lol? anyway both the dads already felt like a nagging married couple to me honestly Iol. mr yoon was even feeding sanha's dad. they will have more scenes in the future don't worry. and isn't juwon complaining about her dad's favouritsm actually sweet? it shows how he treats all the kids equally, even when haejun isn't his own son.
If you’re worried then just wait. I personally really like to anticipate new episodes as it is something I can…
oh no i normally enjoy watching every week. keeps it refreshing as the episodes tend to be long. only with this drama since idk if the ending would be a sad/happy one, I'm a bit worried to start without being prepared
Jung Somin said that she received the script until episode 4 so it means they all didn't know what's next for…
oh wow that's crazy. is the writer that trusted for actors to sign up without the full script? i know she wrote homecha but compared with QoT writer's repertoire it's not a lot. still she got both haein & somin on board wow! i even remember haein was offered another romcom but he chose lnd over that.
what's the controversy with the writer? i saw some tweets mentioning ji on didn't even know the script?
that said the whole drama was heartfelt. it does have its shortcomings, but I'm at ep15 and it's one of those dramas I have found I can unwind with after a tough day.
I wish Hwang In Youp’s character was slightly less of a typical perfect kdrama oppa. He’s a bit too cool for…
yeah agree i hope we have more scenes where FL stands up for herself without any need for her brothers. these two episodes were just the setup so i didn't mind the kdrama kdrama-ing so to speak lol. I haven't watched the og but considering his trauma there should be a lot of unpack
can anyone clear my confusion please? it is related to their dialects. sanha came from seoul so that explains…
they moved to haedong town from seoul when juwon's mom died. the lady who setup the blind date mentioned this is in first episode when she was talking about sanha's parents to juwon's dad. that's why they both don't have the accent.
rewatched it again today. it's been a while since i have felt this kind of comfort watching a drama🥹 last one I felt that way was twinkling watermelon. i love the first two episodes hope it continues this way
one of the best first episodes i have watched. the found family vibes are immaculate. give it a try, i have never watched the cdrama so this is absolutely refreshing and enjoyable for me. the flow of the story and episode is great
episode 1 my best company were my pillow and tissues. what you mean it's the first episode and I'm sobbing?! Little Sanha's scene with his mom broke me
I just started watching why am i already crying 😠god i was warned the mother was awful but kim hye Eun is really selling it. i can feel sanha's pain & loneliness so acutely
