Okay, few minutes into ep 33, the sudden cut scenes, first when Shisan was followed by those men, and suddenly…
Because these scenes are all battle related ones. When it is scenes with specific characters or types and you feel it choppy, it is mostly due to the cinematography decisions/issues. An editor wouldn't make these "mistakes" if they had more tape as per their work since the beginning of the drama.

True, but you can tell it was not an edit issue. When you see these types of scenes playing like that, it's because the editing team didn't have much proper film tape for those scenes to make good transitions.
Became less attached to the story after ep 30 with the political and the past of the elder generation. Too bad…
If we had more than 40 episodes, we'll have tones of fillers scenes. And a bigger chunk of the budget will only go to the top of the pyramid instead to the quality of the drama. That's why they made these rules.
welp. this morning i'm watching to ep32 with everybody else, but today is my friday, and the site i watch on already…
Whatever makes you feel better. And yes, the "battle" happening now, it is due partly to people like you. You need the creator, the pirate and the piracy consumers. You are the latter. It was since the days you can record anything with a VHS or a cassette and share it. How do you think we got piracy laws and such? Participating in for whatever reason it doesn't exclude you from it or give you the right to say "they" are the ones that have that issue. Because you have the choice of not participating in it.
Getting a drama of this quality, everyone involved in it deserve every yuan. It's their right. And making money is not just putting it in the pocket of the rich: - Used for future investments in the entertainment and digital industry quality. - Paying all the huge expensive marketing. - Getting better equipments and props. - Paying training to upskill the workers. - Paying the salary workers who are just like you. - Paying back the investers who helped started the project. - (....) And they have to do that in a corruptive society.

I am so used to them being in a tent that hearing the sound "closing door" when pissed off XZ leave her room at the beginning of ep 31, I literally jumped irl! Lmao! That's a first in my life...
OMG no wonder yesterday on X there were people posting scenes from episodes that haven’t even aired yet.Turns…
Don't worry the production is for sure on it to get back at that person and the money they lost. I hope they will make the process public! Because when these things happen they almost never publicize it.
one logic i dont understand......they wear heavy armors in the battle field...still they gt hurt, shot by arrow…
Armory is pretty complex. But put simply, most warriors gears are not heavy armor. They are mid-light armors made with mostly thin metal plating, leather and cloth padding. They only wear a chest plate, helmet and wrist gardes. usually only generals get to wear a full armor, because it's way more expensive and to protect them better. That's why you see an attacker aiming more where there is less or no armor on the body. Like the joins of the body, elbows, back of the knees, necks and so on. To stop the most ancient weapons, you will probbaly need a general armor with thight iron plates EVERYWHERE in your body. But the problem with that it is hard and heavy to move with it.
Mostly depends when it gets leaked, if the show is popular or not and the content of the distrution contract.…
It's not the fault of the plateforms (except if the leaker works for them), it is the leaker that needs to be sued. The productions and plateforms due sue the criminals mostly to get back their money, stop future issues and teach these people a lesson. Leakers can be hackers, scammers. insiders, opportunist, etc... Some do it for revenge, profit, boycott, notoriety, etc...
It's my first experience of airing drama leaked so far.I would like to know what happened to the other shows which…
Mostly depends when it gets leaked, if the show is popular or not and the content of the distrution contract. It is pretty complex, but here are the main points:
-If it gets leaked in the beginning it's reallly bad no matter the popularity, they lose alotttttt of generating engagement and money. - If the show is not that popular no matter when it happens, it loses alot of their earnings. - Depending on the distribution contract, they can make most of their money there plus a percentage. In case of Pursuit of jade, it's not "that bad" because they made their money, engagement and wayyyy more. It's more a disrespectful thing to do towards the production team and such at this point.
What are you talking about? It's a great adaptation of the novel
During script adaptation, they had to take into account the government censorships to make sure it will pass it. They even had to reshoot some scenes, used AI or completely removed them for approval. The rest, whatever you say.
What are you talking about? It's a great adaptation of the novel
I did not. I just meant the drama was censored from the novel and that of course it's still a great adaptation to MariaB comment. They didn't just censored the hot scenes, but the behavior of a couple of characters too.
so far casual watchers are angry abt some plot points.. his fans is not that powerful.. his cfans didn't even…
Then you should read more in the mdl comments and see for yourself. Not everyone are genuinely discussing the plot with a critical eye in these. That's why I decided to write that.
Yes, they did and do. A google search will show you that. And they are powerful as a whole. His fan economy alone generates more than 1 trillion yuan per year in the industry. The reading about how they go about it is very interesting.
