There is something bizarre going on here. First of all, there are literally scores, maybe hundreds, of reviews…
This was a very odd comment. Quite bizarre.

You are complaining about things that are quite normal in this website. Complains about the new algorithm and comments about how to increase the ratings of any particular series are everywhere in MDL right now. On Cherry Magic comment section, for example, people were saying that MDL was boycotting CM ratings in favor of The Untamed. In Like the Movies (Gaya Sa Pelikula) comment section, people were complaining about the scores either.

About the review section, what you described is ordinary and basically the standard review in this website. Most people don't make technical and analytical reviews. They just praise the series and say how they loved it. Your "surprise" about it is shocking to me. Where have you been?

Analytical comments about the series were made. We talked about details of the series. About the colors. About the photography. About the psychological aspects of the characters. We discussed the meaning of different scenes, such as Oh-Aew wearing bras or Teh masturbating looking to Yongjian picture.

You just need to scroll down to find it.

Finally, your complain about the price of this series is the oddest thing ever! When ITSAY premiered, everyone complained a lot about the price, but most people managed to watch it on bootleg websites anyway. It was the first time Nadao did an official English translation for one of their series. It was indeed a huge mistake how they managed it, but since most people watched the series on different websites, nobody cares about it anymore. Nadao tried to fix the mess they made by reducing the price and uploading the documentary for free on YouTube. We hope that they will change their price policy for the part 2 of the series. But even if they don't do that, we will manage to watch it anyway. So, why are you complaining about that?

It looks like you just woke up and decided to complain about some random thing.

I find this one more interesting (because of the plot) than ITSAY that I drop after three episodes...lol Everyone…
The ratings are dropping because of the new rating system. There is nothing to do with this theory. All series are having the same issue.

I love this show, honestly do but how come this has higher rating than ITSAY?
I prefer ITSAY either. But I have high expectations for the next episodes of MoD.

- earth is h o t- earth in a main role- one of the few series not set in university- probably no engineers???-…
I don't hate it or dislike it. I just don't consider it so good. It is the best GMM BL, but this is not a great thing, since GMMs BLs are not that good in general.

Not all shows can have the depth and seriousness of ToL. Think of this as slapstick. It's funny, in the sense…
Well, I don't think it is funny. The jokes are so cheap.

ITSAY and MoD saved Thai BLs from the catastrophe in 2020.
Kurasawa is a prototype of a seme. He has the ideal qualities of a male leading character. He is just a well done stereotype. He is not real developed as a deep character.

I really dislike seme/uke division and I consider it quite toxic.

ITSAY and MoD saved Thai BLs from the catastrophe in 2020.
It is clearly heteronormative, it is stereotypedly divided between a seme and an uke. Seme/uke division is pure heteronormativity. Adachi can not even face that guys who bullied him and the girl. He has to wait for the seme to come and save him.
Ridiculous.

For Thai bl, the only one with good looking couple is Grey Rainbow but the story ain't good and the acting was…
I personally don't think that Machida Keita and Asaka Kodai are handsome. Actually, I don't like that much the appearance of the cast. The only one I think it is very handsome is Goto Yutaro.
I choose to watch series and movies based on the plot, trailer, production and direction.
Ironically, most Thai BL series (mostly from GMM) have beautiful actors, but terrible plots and bad acting. I personally think that Thai BL actors tend to be much more handsome than Japanese BL actors. But their appearance is not that important to me.

I don't like CM at all. The popularity is undeniable, but the plot is quite stereotyped. For those used to Japanese Yaoi animations, it lacks creativity. The couple is very heteronormative, very different from GSP and ITSAY, for example.

I have been gone for one day and it fell even more where else other series are getting closer to their original…
CM is still airing and many people did not see 1/5 of the series. Completed series have advantage over airing series according to the new system.

Scores from users who have not viewed 1/5 of the shows upon its completion are not included in the aggregate rating. This also includes users who dropped the shows.

I think this is fair because I've seen shows with very high ratings that haven't even begun airing or have just 1 or 2 out of 14 episodes out. Regarding the viewers who dropped a series, now only the ones who saw a show completely can get their votes counted.

I was a big Max and Tul fan. They were my first bl - like everyone else - I watched Bad Romance because of them…
Max and Tul are definitely not the pioneers of the BL series genre. Many things came before that. We had pioneer movies such as The Love of Siam (2007) and Bangkok Love Story (2007), that paved the way. Later we finally got series such as Hormones (2013-15) and Lovesick (2014-15).
In the first semester of 2016 we got Grey Rainbow and Make it Right. Only then we had Bad Romance and Sotus, both from the second semester of 2016.

You can keep posting your opinions. I loved the show, differently from you, but you have freedom of speech. I, different from you, don't care much about the actors. I choose series and movies according to the plot. Of course my special care for Tul helps, but not much. I am here because I liked the plot and I got what I wanted.

ITSAY and MoD saved Thai BLs from the catastrophe in 2020.
Even with 2 episodes, we can clearly see that MoD has a proper plot. It is not only a lot of fanservice mixed with random and unorganized forced comic scenes.

The point is everyone has been hit hard. There is no distinction between series. You are implying that My Drama List is being biased against CM. I don't think this is reasonable. Gaya Sa Pelikula lost exactly the same points, for example. ITSAY had 9.5 before the changings and now got 9. Loss of 0.5.

We just hope that they fix this problem.

ITSAY was not back to 9.
9 is the lowest rate this series got. It was 9.1 this morning and now it dropped one more point, just like CM dropped from 8.8 to 8.7.

I have often commented more than 2 times that I didn't see eye-to-eye with Severo. I have seen his tweets and…
May I ask you why people dislike Juan's posts on Twitter? What is the problem?
