I am so sick of the "I am against who you are dating or marrying" thing that is mandatory to be included in every K-drama. There is enough going on without this stupid, played-out storyline. I also think the writers have played this card way too soon. It might make sense after Mom finds out who Jae In is, or if Jae In and Do Yun were doing anything, and I mean anything more than just the occasional glance at each other. Not to mention, it does not seem like Jae In has even caught how much Do Yun likes her.
Is Se Ri also working on a revenge on Gi Chan too? I think she is behind that mystery person in the videos?
You may be on to something. Some of the stuff she does is very strange, even though she is supposed to be mad at Jae In and her mom. I am no expert, but I sure think Se Ri is not just an evil person or just an a-hole looking to stick it to someone whom she believes wronged her, but mentally ill and has been for a long time.
Yu Gyeong is a complete coward and lacks integrity. Given the chance to show she is learning and growing into a better person, she instead chooses to lie again, and it blows up in her face. Then it finally hits her that she is the cause of her own misery.
Sorry but I don't think her dad can be blamed for this one - she obviously was an adult when she married Gi Man…
When you consider a culture like SK where nothing less than perfection is tolerated getting a divorce is not easy because you are then seen as a failure and defective. You also do not burden others with your complaints and troubles.
I understand things are changing in SK now and divorces are on the rise and marriages and having kids not so much.
You have some of same thoughts as I do about Mi Ran as a character. I do hope her comment about laying her life…
She has deprived him of entire additional family members he doesn't even know he has in addition to the most important, his father. He also hates his father right now because he has no idea the guy he hates is his father.
The writers seem to be leading to a lot of drama between mother and son when he finds out the truth.
Mi Ran is a very complex character, and the actress is excellent, Mi Ran seems like a real person, I don't see…
You have some of same thoughts as I do about Mi Ran as a character. I do hope her comment about laying her life on line is not a foreshadowing of her character's end. She certainly is not evil like Se Ri and Gi Chan but she is blind to a bunch of issues.
She does not know how truly evil and ruthless Se Ri and Gi Chan are and that they are not her allies in any sense of the word. She is useful to them right now and that's it.
She does not understand Jae In or her relationship with her son at all. Jae In would never do anything to hurt her son. Jae In doesn't want to run the company while she would gladly work there as a designer or director. But, Gi Chan having the company is not something Jae In can tolerate.
Her son is just not mature enough right now to run the company but at any rate whatever agreement she thinks she has with Gi Chan to turn the chairmanship over to her and her son will not happen.
I can't stand the aunt. I think she is the worst out of everyone. Close behind is YG. She is too ridiculous. But…
She is the worst she actually thinks the company her brother built is hers to pass down as she sees fit and his biological child should have no benefit or role in it. Even though Jae In worked in the company just like she did.
She continues to deceive Jae In's mom.
She disavowed her own niece in favor of a complete stranger.
She deceived her son and if the Do Yun's uncle is his father she has deprived him of knowing his father and his cousins. He will never know Do Hee as his cousin because the dirtbag she is backing and siding with for now killed her.
I hope Ser Ri and Gi Chan put her through hell at some point before they both go down.
