I really love Bai Jue. I like him more than Qing Mu. And I watch ALP countless times. What I mean here that his acting skill in other work is more refine than in ALP

+1. For me, Ancient Love Poetry is the best drama with Xu Kai's appearance. It is not his best work. He has certainly developed his acting and skill over time. However, overall ALP so far is the best for me because of its script, the great cast and acting, and the best CGI among fairytale dramas

As soon as I saw his weibo update I made the first clip and I searched for the song (which name is identical with his caption) and I found only the original version by Paula Tsui. It did not convince me right away, thus I chose the Moonlit Ost song - The Wind stop (I like that song very much). Then later he released the IG update and I found some more tidbits I searched the song again and the duel version sounds much more attractive. Maybe Anita Mui''s voice was so special and I did not expect such voice from such girly name. She was massively famous in HongKong and Cantonese spokenworld. She is considered as Queen of Cantopop. She played in some movies too. Unfortunately she left this world so soon. She and Leslie Cheung are the pearl of Hong Kong artist world.

Xu Kai is lowkey actor. He normally doesn't attend awards or events if it does not related to himself or his drama for promotion.
about who is the most popular actors and actress: there is no fix answer about that. Famous for what? acting talent or popularity or commercial value? Anyway, Xu Kai aims for being a real and good actor. The rest he doesn't concern much. If you support him, just watch his drama, his shows, promote his work. That already makes him happy.
