Don't get me wrong I am liking the drama very much but xu kai's character feels more like a side character rather…
This is the matter of plot approach. We reach to half way now, his character’s ability get more and more visible. So let’s see if the 2nd half can compensate the lack of appearance in the first half. it seems that they spent 15 eps to set up the background . setup and core story
Ost by Huang Ling keeps playing in my head. I like the scene when the FL comes home late, and ML patiently waits…
Yes, the first time I heard it when Wuzhen sucked demonic qi from Mei Zhuyu and I was really impressed by that. I spent like 1 day to make MV with that scene and the BGM but then youtube blocked it. Later it took me a lot of work to change the image. There is an Easter Egg in the embedded in the lyrics of this song is that Moonlit Reunion is enclosed in the lyrics as their vow/promise to meet each other again. https://youtube.com/shorts/5yoAOzjJUmA?feature=share
Episode 12 was absolutely lit!!The fight scene between Elder Hui and Wu Zhen was epic—well-shot, intense, and…
he is calm and tries to hide his real identity and motivation when he returns to Chang An. Being lowkey to investigate his family tragedy. he is a member of a sect that doesn’t allow them to involve in Love or marriage. Thus even when he knows he likes her, he still suppresses his feeling and tries to keep distance to her
Below is some ínight into Xu Lisha's action that I read this morning on a Xu Kai Facebook fan page: Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1YzgFLJJtm/ Since August 18, after the drama Moonlit Reunion aired, Xu Lisha immediately created a secondary account called “Kind Little Handsome Guy” to show off affection, gift a dress, and post chat logs. She even arranged for another small account to comment, “xk has pretty good taste,” implying that Xu Kai had bought her the dress and that the two of them were currently in a relationship. Afterwards, she linked this with Douban to create the illusion that fans had “dug it up,” when in reality it was all self-directed and self-acted. On August 22, after deliberately staging a scene to climb onto the trending hot search, Xu Lisha began to change her story, claiming that her relationship with Xu Kai was three years ago. However, this completely contradicts the timeline of the secondary account: if it were truly a relationship from three years ago, then why would she create a secondary account this year to flaunt affection? At the same time, she admitted that the dress posted on the secondary account was bought by herself, and that the song “I love you so” on her main account was only posted to provoke Xu Kai. Such actions are indeed baffling. Even stranger, right after she changed her statement, the “Kind Little Handsome Guy” account was immediately deleted. The trending hot searches that followed made no mention of these details. Immediately after, Xu Lisha frantically posted old photos and videos from three years ago, loudly threatening to “expose” Xu Kai’s cheating, and openly revealed her identity, claiming she used to be in a relationship with Xu Kai and that they broke up because she discovered news about him and ZQ. However, the chat logs she revealed looked more like conversations between ordinary friends. In them, when asked about his relationship with ZQ, Xu Kai replied that he had seriously dated her but regrettably they had broken up. The woman even expressed blessings and a desire to reconcile. Does this resemble the reaction of a girlfriend who just discovered her boyfriend was cheating? As for the so-called “proof of dating” Xu Lisha provided, all of it consisted of Weibo messages with others and posts she made herself (only text, with no pictures or evidence). The four photos she separately released were later confirmed to be pictures from Xu Kai’s friends’ Moments (and Xu Lisha herself later admitted the photos were not hers) that someone else had sent her—proving she had no private photos with Xu Kai at all! The long essay she wrote to piece together a supposed relationship timeline was entirely one-sided, with no evidence whatsoever, relying only on hearsay and chat logs between herself and third parties. In those logs, she even asked friends how to “win over Xu Kai,” giving the impression of someone trying to “catch a rich guy” rather than showing any signs of being forced or mistreated—in fact, she seemed proactive in seeking ways to get Xu Kai. After Xu Kai called the police and filed a lawsuit, Xu Lisha at first claimed she had evidence that could put him in jail, but then hastily deleted the post. Last night, Xu Lisha suddenly reposted someone else’s quarrel post in the middle of the night, attempting to redirect the topic to tax issues, but by early the next morning the original author had restricted access. This series of actions by Xu Lisha makes it seem like malicious defamation and slander. The goal was not only to tarnish Xu Kai’s image but also to interfere with the broadcast of Moonlit reunion—killing two birds with one stone. From the way Xu Lisha orchestrated her Weibo posts, deleted the secondary account, fabricated rumors on Douban, and with how everything spread across the internet within just one hour after midnight—together with lies that had already been debunked in the past still managing to climb to the top of the hot searches—it is clear that Xu Kai was undoubtedly set up. With respect for the rule of law and the filing of a lawsuit, baseless accusations and slanderous claims without evidence intended to defame his reputation and character will be subject to legal intervention, so that a fair and just outcome can be reached!
It measures the interaction on the platform realtime daily. And the peak is based on data of that day. the heat index curve goes up and down as function of interaction vs.time. Heat index of each day is started from midnight. Generally webdrama has peak at 21:00 to 23:00 then it goes down (people go to bed then working in the morning) and it picks up interaction during the day, speeding up faster from the point when new episode is released and reaches to a peak after some time. MR realease new eps at 18:00 then it has 8 hours to build up heat index further during a day
Yes I know, that is why I came to that prediction of her height. She is about 10 cm taller than Tian Xiwei when they stood next to each other and TXW wore boots with heels. I paid attention to this during watching the drama last night since I had seen few remarks about her height in the comment section yesterday. The height gap between these two actress on screen is much less obvious. I think the camera director and director did some trick during filming
I thought I have missed it when I had surfed this site earlier. However, I checked and it is 10 minutes apart between 2 comments and I get why I don't see that comment about the show since my MDL was not refeshed during this time and I crossed between various site, apps too to share this info with friends. Typing that comment on phone could take me 5 minutes. This is not repost or copying of others. Just sometimes people have same action coincidentally. And I guess you may see this kind of phenomenom again. And even if it is 20 - 60 mintures apart or more, it is just fine since he/she might just want to share interesting info quickly and have no time to check all the comment before. And it would still be useful for people who come to the section later since those don't need to read all dozen or hundred of comment to see something might be interesting for them. We are here to enjoy the drama. We are not writing thesis or papers or register for patent
From my own experience in this website, it's super difficult to find back information after some time. During the broadcast period, there are a lot of comment pumping out everyday. People don't have time to read it all and what to expect. Discussion section is a fix place to store those info thus people who are currently following the drama or those who will watch the drama later can see some info related to the show during its active time. It would be nice that all contribute to this. It is good if it is well organised in some main topic. However, if not, it is still useful since clearly people here are on their own and have their own idea and agenda. Actually, the discusion section is not just a storing place but a place where people share the same interest in certain topic, sharing knowledge, interesting info or interpretation.
thank for that info. i just don’t have time to stroll all the comment and i left this tab on my phone. it is not refreshed automatically, thank to your remind that i saw that was placed in the discussion section which is very handy since people can find it easily without scrolling hundreds of comment
Wang Jiayi who plays the snake lord is comparable in height with Xu Kai. In the show Laugh Together it clearly show she is very tall. I guess she did wear heels . But i guess she is above 178cm tall. For very tall actress or actors, it is very difficult to find their exact number since it is actually a disadvantage
Laugh Together with Moonlit Reunion Cast is available on Youtube with English subtitle. Here is the link of part 1. You can search part 2 on the same channel. part 1
If you haven't seen the moment when Xu Kai got startled while dancing with Tian Xiwei today. Here is the link on youtube https://youtube.com/shorts/tN7_aPeKdXU?feature=share ( I put both dances: with and with out the explosion of a confetti popper)
