Thank you so much! I actually already posted edits that focus on their relationship and have a few more planned, which I will post later on! And indeed, they both acted so well the whole process, in addition to personal character growth.

So far have watched six episodes and I'm loving the cases and character dynamics. The pacing is good too, it doesn't bore and even keeps the thrilling elements. There are good plot twists, great acting and impressive martial arts scenes.

I initially didn't think this edit will become this sad but Xiao Zhan is really amazing at acting angst so I had more scenes to make such edit.. 🫠

Wrote it as part of review as well but I had been looking for flowers that can be an inspiration for the "Snowy Rosa," since I couldn't find if one really exists and I guess they used more than one reference for the flower. The closest one I could find was Yulan Magnolia, which has a tree that is named after the Chinese word "Yulan," which means "jade lily." The blooms typically appear in early spring, and the flower is deeply associated with beauty, purity, and elegance. So it symbolizes the arrival of spring and the "renewal of life," which is also why I think Shi Ying returned to Zhu Yan once again at the end. Hence, while it's an open ending, it definitely gives hope that they found happiness.

IKR? They all just grasped our whole attention with acting, sometimes I forgot to check scene around them simply because I was lost watching them deliver acting with their eyes.

I know there are people who still can't decide if they should continue watching so all I can say is yes, you should! The episodes keep getting better and better and in my opinion, they are doing great job with characters and their dynamics. Especially because we can see flaws in each of them - while I like the character developments, it's still so refreshing to see them being away from the "perfect" image. Each of them have their own reasons and excuses, which makes watching their story even more interesting.
