Kudos to the director and all the cast for giving us this wonderful piece of art.

I’ve never seen Deng Kai in this type of role. He really executes it properly. I wasn’t even sure it was him initially, he’s completely different here. Even with less screen time, he shines.

The show got considerably funnier. It’s impressive how it’s been able to maintain its humour to this moment.

OMG! The emperor in this show is the real definition of puppet 🤣. The actor plays this role super well. His scenes are so funny.

Keep Africa out of your mouth. Use your own people in your example. Trying to feel better than others. Every continent , even Europe and America has their own stereotypes.

Africa isn’t the only continent with poor, malnourished and street children. This exists in Asia too (South, East and West Asia). I wonder why it’s the only continent you thought of. That shows your own bias and racism at play here. There are millions of people all over Asia with your examples yet you ran to Africa to shit on it. 🤦‍♀️ !

This show left a bitter taste in my mouth. Fast forwarded all through the rest to finish it. Thought FL will get character growth but nah. Even QianQian remained a bitch too. And the idea that LiJuan is calling herself wife to someone she didn’t marry is weird and dedicated all her life to it too. Don’t even get me started on FL and ML supposed relationship. She treated all the men who trashed her emotionally better than she did ML.

This comment section has already seen my opinion on her behavior to her adopted family. I will not go into it again.
