I was more frustrated by the length of Tinyang’s amnesia. In the end I forgave this as it all came together quite nicely and the ending was both heartbreaking and beautiful.

Really liked this show. It's perfect if you're coming away from a heavier type of drama...there's very little angst in this; it's very much a soft, loving show and it excelled really well with developing both MLs and how they both came together. The only thing I will say is that I felt it dragged a bit for 28 episodes, I personally think it could've been wrapped in 24. Other than that, an excellent drama that left me with really warm vibes after it ended!

It’s a nicely paced romance but episode 20 took me right out of it with the damn missing person/amnesia trope and the fact that 18 YEARS WENT BY!! that blindsided me and I’m on episode 25 wondering if the FL will ever get her memories back because honestly this is boring now…

unfortunately, this didn’t work out for me. I found the entire show boring and the slow burn romance was non existent. there was 0 chemistry to be found in this.

This show healed me from the trauma of CDramas 🥹

I’m still holding out for the HE and if we don’t get it…. I don’t know how I’ll recover 😱

Tell me why I got so invested in two very small side character’s story that were only in one episode?? I was actually crying over the Fox Saint and Kunlun Saint and thei ending!! This show has some excellent writing!

I know. I wanted to slap some sense into her. I think she feels guilty because he’s been going out of his way to help her since day one and she knows that he likes her but is probably afraid to reject him outright in case it further brings him down (she knows what a shitty life he’s had). I know she told him they were just friends at the end of the last episode but now she knows he’s dangerous I’m kinda glad she didn’t outright reject him to begin with…

Before I dive any further into this (ep. 3) does this have a HE between Bai Shuo and Fan Yue? and if they do have a HE when do they stop being enemies?

They kind of were but these two episodes seems to be the catalyst for SL and his villain era.. so I guess they needed to set that up for the end of the show.

Oh yeah… when he said he always felt like a father to her way back in the earlier episodes and his playful/nurturing relationship with her and then when he spoke to the child in the woods at the Bo Clan home… I was like… yeah this dude is her father! he even teared up when he realised her veins were back it was everything 😭

I wasn’t feeling these last two episodes. SL has been a slight annoyance to me since day one, now he has made a fool of himself and is becoming the next and probably worst antagonist from MY’s pov. Having to witness him paralyse her and force her to drink his heart’s blood was an uncomfortable watch and now he has gone even further by betraying the woman he supposedly loves by stealing the Bo Medical Classics book from MY… JBZ also needs to take action and tell MY the truth, that he was the one who saved her, not SL!. Also, are well all thinking that MY’s Master is actually her father? The little scene they had at the start of ep. 27 really cemented it for me!

I can’t take another SE. This NEEDS a HE!
