They're giving him so much screen time and it's getting on my nerves. Plus, Is MY stupid or what? Why did she…
I know. I wanted to slap some sense into her. I think she feels guilty because he’s been going out of his way to help her since day one and she knows that he likes her but is probably afraid to reject him outright in case it further brings him down (she knows what a shitty life he’s had). I know she told him they were just friends at the end of the last episode but now she knows he’s dangerous I’m kinda glad she didn’t outright reject him to begin with…
Before I dive any further into this (ep. 3) does this have a HE between Bai Shuo and Fan Yue? and if they do have a HE when do they stop being enemies?
the last 2 episodes we're quite boring ngl. Every episodes are fun except for these
They kind of were but these two episodes seems to be the catalyst for SL and his villain era.. so I guess they needed to set that up for the end of the show.
I had the same thought about MY's Master, even shortly before his reaction. It suddenly struck me, what if? Then…
Oh yeah… when he said he always felt like a father to her way back in the earlier episodes and his playful/nurturing relationship with her and then when he spoke to the child in the woods at the Bo Clan home… I was like… yeah this dude is her father! he even teared up when he realised her veins were back it was everything 😭
I wasn’t feeling these last two episodes. SL has been a slight annoyance to me since day one, now he has made a fool of himself and is becoming the next and probably worst antagonist from MY’s pov. Having to witness him paralyse her and force her to drink his heart’s blood was an uncomfortable watch and now he has gone even further by betraying the woman he supposedly loves by stealing the Bo Medical Classics book from MY… JBZ also needs to take action and tell MY the truth, that he was the one who saved her, not SL!. Also, are well all thinking that MY’s Master is actually her father? The little scene they had at the start of ep. 27 really cemented it for me!
No, unfortunately, the plot development is somewhat inert and repetitive. According to spoilers, the ending will…
Does he find out that he’s related to her? I thought for sure it was just a whole “dad got mixed up thinking we were related to a famous person” kinda thing?
I think I’ll watch up to 31 and pretend they live happily ever after then 🤣
I think the Great Princess was one of my fave characters. I thought she looked familiar, I’ve probably seen her in something else recently.
Yes, ever since Hidden Love, I’ve been a Chen Zheyuan fan so I can only imagine how good he is in Fated Hearts!

Jesus… that is an absolutely dreadful ending!!! look, I’m coming off the high of Shadow Love and watching Love in the Clouds so I won’t be too sad, but still… from the light heartedness of this show… that ending is shocking to me. Idk if I’ll even bother watching the rest of the episodes now. I have FH on my list to watch next, so that should sustain me with a HE!
I just finished this and I am so glad I didn’t let the discourse about this show stop me from gettting to experience it. Song Yi and Ryan Cheng did a phenomenal job with Ji’An and General Li. The show will forever hold a place in my heart.
