All in all it was such a dissapointment. Waiting 3 fricking years for it I expected a lot more from it. It felt like a long neverending trailer for season 3. The last few minutes saved the series for me or else I would not even take a peek at the next season.

Sorry I do love gore, even the King of Pigs I wouldn't consider gory at all (at least by my standards). Thanks for pointing out one of the reasons why I maybe should focus on what channel each series airs on. I do tend to like TVN OCN series more afterall. But SBS has its perks too. Maybe you can recommend a few worthy SBS series to watch.

Hope it improves, they could've done it so much better. It felt a bit sloppy at times, not enough tension or even thriller. I wanted it to be so much darker more like the King of Pigs. Also one episode per week(?!), it's not that great that's worth the wait. I guess I shall see at the end whether I end up watching it or not.

Currently trying to finish the last 3 episodes five months in. It turned out exactly like PMY last series I`ve watched ( sasaeng one). That one was also hard to finish. Maybe I should avoid PMY for a year or two even if I do not have anything against her.

There are obvious loose ends thanks to the last episode of S1. All the episodes aired at once. No one predicted…
Me not needing a second season of it makes perfect sense, okay-dokey maybe just for me. I did not enjoy it that much to hope for a second season. However I did enjoy watching how quickly rose to stardom. About the cliffhanger ending, well, it was not intriguing for me I did like the "red hairdoo".

Seriously the casting is superb. But the story feels like hadn't had enough space to crystallise through with only 6 episode. Really looking forward to the next season. The last few minutes gave some hope to the dark world of this series. I would've loved a more indepth depiction of the New Truth as a cult phenomenon.
