Super surpised to see that this has barely an 8 rating. It's fantastic (and yes, the slow boat loading of episodes on Viki isn't helping). I'm also sure that juggling multiple cdramas (Guardians of the Dafeng, Moonlight Mystique) isn't helping either. Perhaps if they wouldn't wait a year or more for a broadcast license, then censor it to hell and back, would be helpful

Yup, we could have had those too. But QJJ was actually opted for a laughable *20* episodes lol. How in the world could you tell *that* story well in 20 episodes. But, with myriad restrictions it couldn't be told true to form - ~unless~ the same route that Meet You At the Blossom took - produced & filmed by an outside company.

I think, eventually, that is the route new Danmei adaptations will take. Sadly (& I'm at a total loss as to why when SO MUCH MONEY is left on the table + contracts) 2ha, Eternal Faith & Winner is King is left to die on the vine.

The other outside chance is that someday someone will leak it like SpiRealm. One can dream....

Hooray! Thanks to Regina de Sa, I finally finished Blossom!! It maaaaay have had a tiny bit of wandering in the middle, but I think it achieved an overall miracle these days: sticking the landing (tying up all the plot points & giving us a tiny epilogue). I also think the 40 cap per episode rule (+ other censorship rules) is really harming cdramas more than helping: cutting, editing, etc. On the other hand, I sure did get more than one feeling that there are at least 2 spin off/sequel possibilities. I enjoyed listening to everyone's thoughts during this cdrama, and I hope we can watch more together again (come on Guardians of the DaFeng...[and Joy of Life S2 lol]
