For me My School President is too fast. I feel like there is a whole backstory that's completely missing or was rushed through. It feels a bit disjointed at times rather than a chain of events. The actors are good, especially Gemini. but the storytelling feels a bit too rushed but that's just my opinion

The meaning of the union intersection in their case is cute. Two circles (Thi & Noey) coming together and creating a space which has a bit of both of them in it. I guess this is the theme of the show going forward about how they both learn from each other and show each other their worlds. They will still be their own "circles" without becoming exactly like the other but share a bit of themselves with one another. Fluffy and cute!

I think this was brought up in the episode yesterday where Thi's students were saying some of Noey's gang members might even have dropped out of school before 🤣

This plotline reminds me of an old Korean series called biscuit teacher & star candy where Gongyoo was playing a gangster high school student and Gong Hyojin was the sub teacher at their school. Episode 4 was cute. I feel like Thi will slowly let out his tutor side.

I know! Noey is that kind of person who goes all in when they realise their feelings. 🥰 I also think Noey is influenced by his dad's style and how he saw him growing up. Probably idolises his dad a lot 😄😄

Not all love stories have to be overly complicated and full of plot twists. But hey different POVs I suppose 🤷‍♀️

The story seems to be set in a small town where the schools are not that strict I suppose. They are playing them local bad guys in small towns. The school probably doesn't care 🤣

oh I have seen Eclipse! But it is quite dark and shows social issues. It was soo good though! I meant a light hearted romcom story where the leads have these personalities. I don't think there are many bls like that .

They just need something to hate on at this point 😁

I think there will be. They both will be learning from each other. Noey would more peace loving and would teach Thi how to stand up for himself.

You should! Don't listen to people. It's not an unique storyline but it's cute, lighthearted and is a feel good series. But I don't think I have seen many bl series where one of the leads is a troublemaker and the other is peace loving 🤔

While the plot is a bit cliche as many pointed out, I still love the slow development of the relationship between the 2 leads. The BGM and OST are great and fit the theme of the show. I actually love Noey's character. While he has a bad reputation, he has a good heart and takes care of the people in his life. He is one who can easily say what they really want and go for it and doesn't care what others think. Their chemistry is adorable despite the actors' age difference. Don't know why people are pressed about actors' age as if two leads who have 10 years age gap have never acted as a couple. Their characters don't have a big age gap. Even then, I have seen so many series where the characters have a large age gap and no one cared. People like to ruin their own day by choosing to be hateful fr xD

It's not LGBTQ+ as such but the complexity of the relationship between two main leads has more layers to it. It has some elements of romance and one of the main leads did confess he loves the other one and wants them in their life no matter how it is. The other ones has feelings too but their struggle to make a name for themselves in the acting world and to stand equal on the stage is the main point of the show.

I don't know why people say there is no romance because there is. Takara confessed he has feelings for Yujin. The reason why he couldn't confess his feelings before and wanted to keep it a secret was because he wanted Yujin's love in any way he could and didn't want to mess it up. Even people around them realised the nature of their relationship as the movie director pointed out. Yujin also loves Takara but he too was scared. It was more like unspoken love for each other. This is a classic angsty romance.
You could feel the pain in Yujin's face initially when Takara was starting to get recognition. He wanted to be with Takara throughout, beside him as an equal, but for Takara's sake, he smiled and pretended to be okay. When they started living separately, you could feel both of them feel anxious. In the scene where Yujin drove Takara to his new place, you could see how restless he was when he was driving back. It almost felt like he was going to turn back his car.

I somehow think they will redeem themselves and will reincarnate to restart their love story. It wasn't possible for Ryung Goo to get a second chance because his mother was already reincarnated and was living a happy life. But for PJG and KR that's not the case. They are both souls and have a chance to start it all again. Another scenario can be that they both stay reapers and work together. They can still be in a relationship in the world of reapers ...

Again, I didn't scroll that far to see a lengthy critique of the plotline. Most of the comments I saw were "so slow, dropped" and they were mostly indicating the slow development of the romance between the MLs. that's why I also gave my 2 cents along with others. I also have a problem with the show in regards to the acting skill of some actors so it's not like I am saying this is the best show ever. Like you said, everyone can comment whatever they want so I think I can comment what's on my mind too :)

I was talking about the new comments about it being slow. I didn't scroll so far back to episode 7 or 8 to see the comments. I have been seeing the tag for the past 2 weeks and yet people are making NEW comments about it being slow. that's all. Like okay they didn't know it was slow before, understandable, but now a tag is added so why are they still complaining? 🤷
