Not everyone has friends or even family they can fall back on just simply like that. Many people don't have that privilege. There are people who don't have friends and live a lonely life and are isolated from their family.We have to also look at the characterization of the ML. His mother is cold as ice his brother is cold too. Only warm and fond memory he has is of his Grandmother who is probably not alive. He schemes and cuts corners in his business and so already has enemies. He is so focused on getting 3 stars he doesn't even take time to make friends with his staff.The smart and wise thing would have been for him to have financial independance but he simply didn't do that. Which still matches his characterization.His mother is controlling, we don't know how she control his life or money. Maybe he makes the money but she found a way to house that money to her and the company.TLC one of the most famous girl groups sold millions of albums but were still broke and not recieving their money. Their company was taking their money. Many companies find a way contractually steal the workers money. Kpop groups even, will be dressing fancy, travelling by plane and going to fancy hotels. But some are not getting paid. They have been incidents of this. If that company decides to end their contract and that contract is written in favour of the company. The person leaves without anything.And if the person doesn't have loving friends and family, boom struggle and back to normal job.Anyway its a rom com, your meant to not to analyse logistics to this extent haha. Weak Hero, Study group and Moving are my favorite dramas. Can't wait for Season 2 of Study group and Moving. Watched Weak Hero Season 2 and loved it too.Hope you have a great time watching.

You have a right to your opinion but I am confused by your comment haha because him becoming poor overnight is not hard to believe or so out of reach or unrealistic. He relied souly and only on his family's money and they took it away. They have been spouses and family members who were completely financially linked to their family that it ended biting them back because they are families that are wicked enough. And what motel or apartment will allow someone to stay without money? Therefore he will be struggling, haha. There have been celebrities, rich and normal people who have had financial crisis and or were subject to a horrible family and have ended up on the street just like that. It doesn't have to be rocket science. I just think sometimes we create unnecessary knots in our mind for no reason, haha. Enjoyment of drama is not also just about extreme one kind of logic. There are many wonderful cdramas and kdramas that are out there, you just have to have a open mind.

Yes we are lucky to get a kiss by ep2, haha. Also the whole point of the plot is they have no experience and are awkward shy people. That type of kiss makes sense. There is supposed to be a journey of them getting to know each other being more brave showing their growing feelings for each other. A step at a time haha.
