No, at one point he does have sex with her unwilling. Too bad for him, by that point he likes her and it “makes him feel bad” - that’s the kind of revenge drama they aren’t doing much of any more. Ridiculous!

Another girl had to die so the FL gets safe and alive, so i had to drop it after 10 minutes. Not my idea of nice…
That’s because the novel is a rebirth one - Jun Jiuling dies in a much less stupid attack on the king and is randomly reborn into the doctor’s family. No “saving” her by sacrificing his daughter. The drama changed the plot to get through censoring.

The best parts of this drama are pretty much the sections from the novel it was based on. Poor Ju Mu Er's blindness, the stinginess of her ML but - alas, the new portions create a big mess. Add in the non-historic clothing and behaviors and it brings a really interesting mystery about society's expectations down into a meh-kind-of-boring romance. Not bad, just not good.
