there is sadly no english translation

because they took out jeongyneons actual love interest in the show, juran has a lot of scenes that where initially her parts. there is a lot of tension between them though, however in the webtoon they’re not canon, since fl has another girlfriend.

todays episode also gave juran the plot that she will marry someone she doesn’t like originally that was buyons [the character they took out] plot.

This is going to induce spoilers beyond episode 9 as I’m taking information out from the webtoon.

Okyeong and hyerang in the webtoon have kind of a different dynamic.
When okyeong left for good, webtoon readers weren’t mad at hyerang, if anything they could feel her pain. Okyeong is quite the toxic person in the webtoon and it only shows half in the kdrama .

What I’m trying to say is, that I find it a bit sad, that kdrama watchers will see hyerang as the ultimate evil when their relationship is a bit more complex originally

yes ^^ well it’s kind of complicated tbh because in the next last episodes a lot will happen but she will be able to follow her dreams

need this to be at least 8.6 bc the emotions this kdrama makes me feel cannot be compared to any other 2024 kdrama imo

She won’t be more famous, they’re pretty equal at the end

i read it in korean, there is no translated english version yet that covers all chapters

she gets it back but she won’t be able to sing high notes anymore so she ends up only playing certain roles

finally finished the webtoon and omg 😭 the next episodes will be so angsty guys

from what i’ve heard, she seems actually more soft in the webtoon than now in the drama. she still did stuff that wasn’t correct but you could tell from the start that she did it not only for okyeong but for the whole troupe… i hope if it’s possible that her and okyeong make up again. idk if the ending of the drama will be like the webtoon but im excited nonetheless

Oh … is more romantic or ? Less fighting ? Idk pls tell me. I rlly like them a lot hyerang too regardless of her mistakes…

we are around 50 chapters in for the show, but as the kdrama has cut some characters plot short (and cut one character completely) it might be able to cover the rest with 4 episodes

if there is anyone who has read the webtoon can they tell me if okyeong and hyerang end up making up?

Tbh she definitely does… before todays episode I thought everything she does really just shows how much she loves okyeong but ruining jeongyeons voice rlly was to much. I think they’ll have like one more big fight, before it’s to much for okgyoung fr. I mean she doesn’t even fully know everything her girl is doing and I’m pretty sure once she knows it’s the end for their relationship

so exited for episode 9 i think it’ll bring even more tears 😞 apparently also more about okyeong … i just want her with her wife back together 😞😞

i cried watching episode 8 lol, honestly i don’t want to move on 😞 we only have two more weekends left and i love this kdrama way to much
