I think I'm losing brain cells...The script concept is ok, somewhat silly and predictable... It's not hard to see where this story is going, even with the author's concerted effort to make it complex and mysterious.
Some of the characters are a bit over-the-top especially the villains, while others appear to be just a bit too clueless...I am hoping for better in the second half.
I blame this on the writing and directing, more so than on the professionalism casts acting skills.
A lot of what we see as a problem with the drama could have easily been improved through better management of the camera work, background music, costuming, editing, and upgrading the low quality of the special effects... It's amazing how much those play a role in the end product.
As a sci-fi genre drama, I'm wondering is what type of Chinese gov't approved ending is planned. Will it all end up being a dream? Were the leads is in the hospital in a coma? I guess we will all find out soon enough.

TV episodes are usually edited differently than those on the web.
Same content, just the time of the episodes start to finish made longer or shorter based on Ads and the networks programming schedule.

The Japanese version is excellent, I personally liked it more than the K-drama version.
I love that it's faster-paced with only 10 episodes. It doesn't drag or use loads of flashbacks to fill up space.

Global distribution hasn't been Japan's main focus as an industry, plus there are very strict copyright laws, which is why few Jdramas are legally licensed internationally and/or subbed professionally. I think this will change over time. Most Jdramas are fansubbed and found on the subbers pages or bootleg sites for this reason.
Those on Netflix are produced privately so they have more flexibility around a lot of the challenges other media outlets might have.

Wetv is not allowing me to watch this in my region. My VPN seems to be of no help....uhhhh.
Where can I watch 7 with subs? I'm not having any luck finding it.

IQ has auto-translate subs for English 1-24. I suspect other languages too. They are horrendous. IDK if IQ will eventually sub them professionally or another site or fan will take it on.
I do wonder if people wrote IQ requesting manual subs if they would do it. The auto subs are a real headache unfortunately.

I skipped through the last 2 episodes of STOP! MISS HAU raw tonight. I'm not even going to watch it with subs ... the whole drama feels like the writer was "trying" to make it exciting, but it comes off like high school doing a school play.

Crush did end up illogical and cliche.
The FL behavior didn't match her profession.

IMO there are better dramas out there to invest your time on.
