I think wetv deliberately didn't provide english sub for the fast track episodes today to prevent the eps easily…
I think they want people to pay to subscribe to watch it in their native language. Many people won't be as likely to do that if the english subs are easy to find for free, since most of the world can understand english to some degree.

Most people in the wolrd can speak or understand English even if it is not their first language. I suspect the reason is they want people who speak other languages to pay for the bonus episodes. Once the English episodes drop, they are less likely to do that.
