I don't understand what's wrong with having a "low position" job even if you're qualified for better positions.....…
.The more experience you have, the more likely you will outdo those who have higher positions, just like Dani did....no high level employee wants the low level employee to make them look like they are less competent. Also, there may be a fear a person will be quick leave the company when a better position opens up elsewhere.

It happens all the time in the US and other developed..
I know of seveal people at the moment in this postition, many people go back to school so they maintain some level of experience while they are not in the work force . This is not just a Korean problem.

This is not really a matter of “haters”. Many people genuinely think it is bad like I do. Just look at the…
Korean ratings are a side subject.
IMDB is not based on Korean viewers. I saw the day it aired (but before it aired) it was already rated ultra low by a good number of viewers on IMBD and on MDL. I read several people state more than once they didn't like the idea of a remake.
The truth is there are people who do enjoy it. It's been steadily climbing rating on 7.2 to 7.8 on MDL by global viewers.
Sad thing is how many people choose not to watch a drama because of people who are bias. Honestly, I don't care if someone dislike a drama after giving it a real chance, but after looked at the ratings and the comments before it aired on MDL I nearly skipped it . More than 50% of 26 people who originally rated this drama gave super low score the first day. That is unusually high number of votes, especially those with 1 star.
However... when scroll through the comments a few weeks into the show, I noticed a number of people saying how much they loved the drama, which is why I gave it a chance.
So...if it is not your cup of tea, sure don't drink it... but I also feel confident in saying not all the votes are fair in why they gave this drama a low score.

I get some vibes of Feel Good To Die kdrama while watching this. But let me just tell you that FGTD wasn't too…
Most of the negative reviews came before the drama aired. They didn't like that it was a remake of a japanese drama.

It usually takes a lot longer for the relationships to build . We often see a regular stream of outside problems and people pulling the couple apart by now.... So maybe that is why people feel bored. Personally, I'm enjoying the sweetness between the two of them, first love is often like this in the beginning. It's only half way though and it is clear soon the couple will have to deal with Yoo In Na's past.

This bastard is one messed up M.F.

Let's see how well they hold onto thier resolutions. I am really hoping they fight together and not one another and not let mistrust and jealously take over.

I absolutely loved A Poem A Day. I agree it should have gotten much more attention. The love story, a triangle, struggle to be reconcognized for your devotion effort and skill, and the process of growing out of your past. I loved the leads and the surrounding cast.
The Circle was interesting, it was definitely outside of the norm and bit confusing at first so you need to hang in there untill you get the rythem of the way the story is told.

What the fudge is the ending.. Though it was all good but where's Wang Sik?? Why'd they kill Hyuk?? Whyyyyyyyyyyy…
It was announced Choi Jin Hyuk wouldn't be able to stay for the the final week of the show. He had prior commitments scheduled before the drama was extended. They had to write around his absence, which is why they only show him in the shadows of the story.
His timeline was pretty short with the bullet in his brain.

This drama still underrated! I'm really enjoying the comedic banter between the leads.

why remake lol
Why not? Not everyone lives in Japan, Japanese dramas don't typically air on Korean TV nor do most people have access to them online or care to look for them.
This version is made for a KOREAN audience who watch Korean TV first. Viki obtained exclusive rights to share the drama online for those who enjoy Korean dramas.
Remakes are not new or unusual -ADAPTATIONS are a common practice historically and globally when a script has had some form of success. Many classic stories have been remade multiple times and people still find value in a different cultural or artists perspective.

This is so cute and funny! It still touches on some serious content too. I'm totally enjoying it. Why are the ratings so low? Are people being small minded and comparing it to the Japanese without even watching it.
