So gooood. Just finished episode 9 and I discovered Ryeoun due to Weak Hero Class 2 but I didn't realise he was in this when I started it. On top of that I've been watching Twinkling Watermelon with my sister and I think I might have found my accidental 2026 obsession legit. He's such a good actor??
This drama is so gutting but well plotted even if most of the characters are grey morally. In fact it just makes it more realistic. The only flaw that actually irks me is the representation of the deaf teenager because comparing that to Twinkling Watermelon that I'm also watching at the moment, the difference is too stark for me to ignore.
However every single episode has been so entertaining and the plot twists just keep coming. The psychological study of our ML is also so fascinating and I hate the multiple villains in this drama with all my might. I feel the ending will be very cathartic for me.

it's good if you just want a classic romcom with clichés and misunderstandings galore. I would say I've enjoyed it, but it's sort of like junk food. The first two episodes were really different and fun but it sort of settled into mediocrity a little bit since then. Still very enjoyable though.

If I were to guess, it's the people who don't like seeing LGBTQ support in their straight drama rating it low. This platform has some surprising amounts of homophobes. I haven't watched it yet so can't comment on drama quality
Korean entertainment industry is absolutely fucked. it must be so so corrupt. I can't imagine any other reason for this evil man to still be cast in so many things.
