Did you know that LR actually cheated on ML in their previous life openly .So think of it from the ML's point…
Hold your horses dear…remember that Su Rongqing was castrated before he moved to the princess’s residence. Li Rong didn’t cheat, sure she was close with him, but that was all it was to it, very close confidant and friend. Neither of the couple cheated

Title The Princess Royal Spoiler
so his personality gonna be better?! cuz i hated his silence in the past sm esp in his ex issue??. it was the…
How do I put this, PWX didn’t love his ex-fiancée the way people, including Li Rong, thought he did. Some chapters into the novel, he discovered that he did love Li Rong, but by then they already had issues with her, and he was too proud to admit that he was wrong in keeping quiet about his ‘white moonlight’. So the misunderstanding continued, they later had other issues and differing ideas when it came to politics, by the end of their marriage things had soured so much that they weren’t living together anymore as husband and wife. Their misunderstanding started from him allowing Li Rong to think that his ex-fiancée was the love of his life, she wasn’t, he just had a strong sense of duty towards her, so he felt responsible for taking care of her. When their second life, he comes to realize that he had loved the princess earlier on in their marriage, but was to proud or maybe afraid to tell her that the one he loved was her. The crux of their problem is lack of communication, so misunderstanding upon misunderstanding was allowed to continue. But that is what this story is about, neither were perfect, but they were given a second chance to make things right. Even at the beginning, they still kept some of their feelings to themselves, it obvious even in just these 6 episodes that PWX likes Li Rong, but he hasn’t even acknowledged this to himself, let alone tell Li Rong how he feels. This is a story of redemption, character growth and second chances. Give PWX a chance, he eventually does right by Li Rong

After watching these first 6 episodes, I’m glad to admit that ZLH has matured so much in leaps and bounds as an actor. His facial expressions are so spot on. I was a bit worried at first when I learnt he was cast in the role of PWX, having read most of the novel, his character is a complex one, a mix of brilliance and wit, sarcasm and pettiness, proud yet cautious. If not well portrayed, one would find it hard to like him as a character, I know I didn’t like PWX in the first few chapters of the novel. Thankfully, ZLH did brilliant in bringing his role to life, as for ZJM, I knew she would deliver, and she did! I’m glad I’ve found my new historical drama, as The Double ends.

Title Story of Kunning Palace Spoiler
He is righteous! That is what she admires in him. He is not corrupt and he doesn't have a hidden agenda. Boring…
You took the words right out of my mouth. Zhang Zhe is the exact opposite of who she is. One good thing I admire about Ning’er in her past life and this one is that she acknowledges who she is, a manipulative schemer. She truly admired Zhang Zhe in this two lifetimes because he upright and righteous, even when being like this was not favorable to him and made him unlikable in court, he never wavered. In the past life because of her plea, he gets implicated and loses his mother, she feels terribly guilty to him. So in this life, though she’s scheming in the opposite direction of her past life, she still feels he’s too good for her. What Ning’er admires in him is this quality of righteousness that she lacks. She thought that maybe because she isn’t scheming to be empress in this life, she’s qualified to like him and maybe end up with him, but his mother’s death hit her hard, and she realizes that she can never get past this barrier. To be honest, even if his mother didn’t end up dying in this lifetime, it still wouldn’t not have been a happy ending for them, because they are fundamentally the opposite of each other. Take for instance their opinions about Xie Wei, Zhang Zhe maintains that Xie is a bad and manipulative person, while Ning’er has no qualms excusing Xie Wei’s cunningness, even though she has a good knowledge of what he did in the past life. At this point, it’s obvious who is more suited to be Ning’er’s love interest, she just haven’t realized it yet.

That’s it! This episode I became fed up with GZY! When GSJ presents him with reasonable argue meng and hard facts to support his claim, all he does is say ‘Rubbish, You just want to revenge against Lady Wuji!’ At least GSJ always questioned, doubted and eventually interrogated SGQ, and I’ll truly be heartbroken for him when he finds out who SGQ really is. Gong Yuanzhi still doesn’t believe her even now! Our ‘sword wielder’ believes everything he’s told and does not pause to question coincidences. I know they’re trying to show how trusting and nice his character is, but they’ve ended up making him look dull-witted. The director and scriptwriter didn’t do GZY’s character good.

Gong Zi Shang does have an elder in her family lineage, which is her father. He has been alluded to so many times though we haven’t seen him. When the prince in disguise asks her why she’s slaving away in her lab trying to invent new weapons when nobody sees or appreciate what she does, she says she’s doing it to earn her father’s approval ( episode 10 I think), and when her bratty spoilt younger brother enters, he tells her that their father says he’s his favorite, and that when he grows up, he will take her position from her. So, her father is very much around, we just haven’t seen him

You be more disappointed in 'See You Again'.I am voting supporting roles...any of them are better actor than she…
I dropped see you again because of her. I didn’t just cancel her without giving her a try. I’ve watched ‘ And the winner is Love’, watched ‘Love lasts two minds’, ‘Mirror City’. Her acting didn’t get any better. Maybe she just isn’t female lead material

you're insane disgusting! Zeng li is look like mother of Wang Hedi. ZL is 50 years old! I'm glad ZL is supported…
YOU stop it with your terrible grammar pls! You’ve been told time and time again that Dylan Wang has a lot of scenes with Zeng Li and that they do have chemistry, not all chemistry is geared towards a romantic direction, get that into your numb skull! Obviously this adaptation sticks to the novel’s storyline, so your CP is safe, but honestly, Yukee Chen’s acting from the trailer isn’t giving me much hopes for their Roman line

I tell you, it’s so refreshing to watch a drama where there’s no misunderstanding or drama between the main couple. Even situations I thought would have led to a misunderstanding didn’t develop in that direction ( like when TJR stole ZSC’s ring, I went like uh oh, this is gonna cause trouble in the future). For once we have a male lead who tells his partner everything and a female lead who trusts her man no matter what she sees or hears, who doesn’t overthink every little thing. One and only and Forever and Ever is mainly about this two finding each other and falling in love, every other thing is not relevant nor impacts how they feel about each other. One of my best drama for this year indeed!
