My favorite scenes is all xuanji-sifeng's sweet moments ^^
But for me the most memorable scene is:
1. when sifeng and xuanji get their memories of their past lifes
2. when they back together in eps 52
3. their marriage
4. Sifeng-Xuanji and their baby scene in the last episode
5. Tengshe's swollen face LOL
6. when Tengshe pushed Haochen (I love this scene since I want to slap haochen through my screne but I know it's impossible lol)
7. when Zihu finally reunite with Wu Ziqi after thousand years separation

Maybe he love her since he can grow that love plant (I don't remember the name lol, it's the succulent-like plant that grow from love curse mask fragment) and he want to cultivate the lover cultivation technic with xuanji (again, I can't remember the technic name lol). I think why he easily give up is because his love is vague and lost by his stubborness to "protect" 3 realms. I always want to slap him everytime he said "weile sanjie (for the sake of 3 realms)"

No, she didn't. She has no heart (since dijun pull out her heart and replace it with crystal lamp fragment), how can she fall in love with dijun when xixuan need 10 lifetimes to melt her crystal heart? It's just a made up story by Siming to cover up the truth. I think the only truth in siming's story is the part about GoW always come to heavenly lotus pond to talk with the heavenly birds (Xixuan original form).
Tengshe tell Sifeng that fake story because it's the only information he can get at that time since the truth about GoW is big secret which tightly closed by heaven. But I remember Tengshe tell Sifeng when they eat together that he himself not sure about the story (cmiiw).

yep. 70+ eps sound crazy to me too lol... the longest drama that I've ever watch is Ashes of Love with 63 eps when it first air in jiangsu TV channel in youtube, but I skip the story of the devil princess :)
for L&R, even though I'm curious about Xi Xuan and GoW story when they were in heavenly realm, but I don't think this drama will be this good if it has 70+ eps, because if they can compact this drama to 59 eps, that means 11+ eps mostly just filler that will make this drama draggy.

Sifeng use his unshaken love in 11 lifetimes for GoW to help GoW and LHJD get their redemption. From the heavenly realm as heavenly prince Xi Xuan until the 10th lifetime in mortal realm, everything he has done it's not to fight for love, but to prove to her that there is sincerity and true love in this world so he can warm her crystal heart and redeem her hatred and resentment so she can move on from her past grudge and live her life happily. About finally she love him back and they life happily as happy couple, it's not because love always be the winner like in some drama I've ever watched, but all of this happiness is the sweet fruit he deserve after all his hard effort in 11 lifetimes.

I think the english title suit this drama well. "Love and Redemption", the word love come first before redemption, it really describes this drama.

Yes. The heavenly realm seems feel guilty to them, but I doubt if Dijun feel guilty. His ending quite amiss for me, it's like someone who just retreat to comeback with big counterattack. I don't know if the L&R 2 is true as the producer said that, maybe we will get the answer about this later. Because originallly this drama is 70+ episodes, but because the new regulation that an drama can't more than 60 episodes, so they cut the series to 59 episodes.

I think the heavenly emperor here is quite better than other heavenly emperor in other xianxia drama, at least he treat other realm equally, not like other heavenly emperor who has prejudice for demon and despise human

Her character will get better after she get her 6 senses (in episode 27) and even better after she get back her memory of her previous lifetimes (in episode 48). But 59 episodes is a long journey, you need to be patient with her character development and endure the misunderstandings which is always there in every xianxia story. Maybe this little spoiler can help you to reconsider whether you will continue to watch this drama or drop it. I hope you don't mind with my little spoiler.

It's my conclusion based on the information shown in the drama. I don't read the original novel, so the information I know only what the drama tell us. This drama not tell us every single reason for every single action explicitly and for some action we need to watch the entire show before we get enough information to draw conclusion for certain action. I take it as one of the beauties of this drama. But unfortunately this type of story telling can confuse the audience.

It's because as a demon, his body can't bear juntian cehai power so his spiritual energy was weakened, so its not enough to use it to take juntian cehai out from his body. And even wu ziqi as devil clan can't get it out from sifeng body because only the person who bear juntian cehai in his/her body that can take it out from his/her own body, that's why yuanlang never take junian cehai from wu ziqi. He only ask wu ziqi to give juntian cehai to him but never take any action to rob it, so I conclude that only the person who bear juntian cehai in his/her body that can take it out from his/her own body. And why Xuanji can take juntian cehai out from sifeng body is because she is the original master of juntian cehai. It's her weapon, so she can summon it anytime she want

At that time she wasn't Xuanji (how to explain it, she is xuanji but not xuanji), her consciousness controlled by her previous self, that is god of war. GoW has big hatred an resentment to heaven and want to take revenge to heaven. I think the reason why she want to kill sifeng when she first awakened because she recognize sifeng is orginally from the heavenly realm so she want to take revenge to him who is heavenly person. At that time, her memories of her previous life still sealed by the heaven so she don't remember anything about sifeng in the heavenly realm and their 10 lifetimes.
