Exactly. My issue is that this is a veteran ship playing roles that are too young for their 30+ selves in a storyline that is completely beneath them & meant for more of the just starting outers. It's not that I don't think they can do comedy anymore...I just think that this type of storyline for them ia a been there & done that. After seeing them in Not Me & what they are capable in a quasi well written & directed drama, I was expecting them to continue along that path. To me, this is a quite a few step backs. BTW, it should be said that it's not that I don't think they have chemistry...but this series isn't showcasing how strong their ship is. I truly have really come to love Neo & I love that he shows how versatile he is, but like OffGun...this type of comedic , immature storyline is beneath him & by far a challenge. I have stuck around because I think the friends are funny but if I rated this above a 6 right now I'd be lying.

IDK. Like I said...a new ship? Maybe actors in the same age range as TayNew but haven't been in a BL yet or side characters of other shows. There's like a zillion newbies from the K-pop world that want to give BL's a try...start there? I have no idea LOL.

Um, the show is OK. Don't come for me when I say this BUT...TayNew is a ship I felt was over a long time ago. IDK. I don't feel anything with them & that was not always the case but it is now. Maybe I would enjoy this more if it was a new ship? IDK. Look, the show is fine...just...fine.
I love Jan in pretty much everything so she carries this for me. I'm also happy to see that Mark didn't get sidelined due to Star & Sky being crap.

I think it's more the fact that he is paying a shrink off to tell his son what the father wants & not what a professional could actually help his son with. That woman was clearly not working as a doctor & regardless of what he found on his sons phone, he should want his son to always get the best care. The fathers a douche.

IDK. I never thought that he necessarily hid behind Namwan so much as she was the only one he took complete comfort in. I do think he was selfish with her for sure in that he knew how she felt about him but she allowed it & allowed it for sooooo long. I was very happy, either way, that they remained so true to their friendship. What you said about Dream was totally spot on. It's a shame because I really liked him for most of the series...really up until the finale.
Oh, & side note...warming up the can of whoop ass bus...sights are on the next douche that calls him Greasy. Shine up those weapons, grab the road snacks, & don't forget your toothbrush & bug spray!
