Books with rhythmic or repeating text allow readers to anticipate what comes next, which aids comprehension:

2. >Green Eggs and Ham< by Dr. Seuss: Uses a highly limited vocabulary of simple words that repeat in different combinations.

I think it's easiest for him to start where he feels comfortable. Knock Off won't happen until next year, and he needed to reward his fans for all the effort over the past year and a half.

Personally, I think he approaches things very intelligently and thoughtfully.
