"Furthermore, it was pointed out that “the upcoming criminal trial against Kim Se-ui and related parties is not a trial to determine whether Kim Soo-hyun violated the Child Welfare Act. It is a trial to determine whether they disseminated false information or used fabricated materials, and what crimes they committed in the process,” adding that “the allegations regarding Kim Soo-hyun’s minor status are not legally unresolved matters that will only be concluded in a future trial. The allegations have already been closed following an independent investigation with a decision not to prosecute due to lack of charges.”

"Under the Child Welfare Act, a 'child' refers to a person under the age of 18. In this case, we investigated whether the claim that the late Kim Sae-ron (hereinafter 'the deceased') dated Kim Soo-hyun was true, including the period up until she turned 18 while she was in her third year of high school—when she was 19 in Korean age—and whether there were any acts violating the Child Welfare Act, such as sexual or emotional abuse, during that time," he explained. "In other words, we did not conduct a limited investigation into only a portion of the deceased's childhood. We investigated the entire range of allegations raised, including the period up to the third year of high school, which is generally recognized by people as the time of minors."

The bad guy is in jail. The family is next. Even the family's lawyer looks like he's going to have to answer for…
And to keep it short, as you wanted, show me where the information was published regarding what you claim, that Sae Ron begged the agency to wait for her with the money.
The bad guy is in jail. The family is next. Even the family's lawyer looks like he's going to have to answer for…
Try to see if any of those writing hateful comments even know the story. I assure you that none of them are capable of sustaining a dialogue with arguments and evidence.
They either say they didn't read what you wrote, or they make you search for the information yourself that they say the internet is full of. A bunch of uneducated people.
Because I don't want it to be just an answer for one person and because it's what makes me and many like me side with Kim Soo Hyun, I'll repost a comment I posted below.
I don't know how familiar you are with the real world, but in the world I live in, your logic that money helped him in this situation has too many holes. First of all, if he wanted to cover up this case and get away with something he did, he wouldn't have wasted a year and a half. It simply doesn't make sense.
Imagine how much he lost in all this time, not just in money. Plus, a year and a half into a scandal like this, with some absolutely horrible accusations, no one would risk staying that long if money solved everything. NO ONE!!
In the second place, Kim Soo Hyun is someone who rose through a lot of work and dedication. That's how he earned his money. He was raised by a single mother and she doesn't come from a wealthy family either. So if he has money, it's because he didn't bother with trivial things like he was accused of, but dedicated most of his time to his career. Like many other artists, who have a high status.
Thirdly, his case would not have been easy to cover up with money. Why? It's crazy that I have to explain, but I will. Because all the attention of the people, of the media, of advertising companies, of the film industry...all eyes were and still are there, on what is happening in this case. Kim Soo Hyun has no political backing. Kim Se Ui, on the other hand, the mastermind behind the entire witch hunt, had and still has political backing. He even tried to influence the investigation and managed to keep the case at the Gangnam police station for a long time, where he seems to wield enormous influence. Without this influence, the case would probably have progressed more quickly, but the police kept it in limbo for a long time.
However, Kim Se Ui's plan didn't work out as he imagined, precisely because this case is incredibly well-known and followed. This is because of the actor, who is a big name, whether one likes to admit it or not. If it wasn't Kim Soo Hyun who was involved in this incident, but someone else, this case could most likely have been easier to handle, because it wouldn't have been a case of global interest.
This case could therefore neither be bought with money nor politically manipulated, precisely because so many parties are involved and so many people worldwide are closely following its development. It's important to remember that it was the advertising agencies that sued Kim Soo Hyun, and their interest lies in obtaining money from him. NO ONE involved in this case is sitting idly by, waiting for Kim Soo Hyun to bribe all the authorities involved.
Many want him to be guilty because large amounts of money will have to be taken out of their pockets when this case is over, and the money will go into the pocket of the victim, namely Kim Soo Hyun.
But guess what? Kim Soo Hyun has DEMONSTRATED through all the information and evidence he provided to the authorities, that ALL the things he was accused of, ARE LIES! If you want to continue not to believe, that's your choice, but none of us who support him do so because we are desperate for his beauty or other nonsense that has been blamed on us, but because HE IS A VICTIM! If a victim is not protected, they will suffer the same fate as all those we are now talking about in the past tense.

First of all, thank you for having a decent dialogue with someone who has a different opinion than you! I really appreciate that.
You know, I enjoy watching dramas, but the one you're writing about here is pretty weak and has no real support. Where did you get this information about her begging the agency to wait for her with the money? I'm really curious to hear testimonies of this scenario you presented.
The information I have is actually the phone call between GM and Sae Ron's manager from that period in which the GM explained why the debt repayment requests had to be issued and it was a very chill discussion, no threats, no pressure. A company simply has to write off a debt after following all the necessary steps. This is the real world. They couldn't just write off that debt because they knew she would never be able to repay it, but there are legal steps so that it's not considered fraud. And by the way, there was a phone call in which Sae Ron told GM that she had no intention of paying her debt.
You don't have to care what I say, but you have to inform yourself before starting with prejudices when trying to form an opinion.
It's also strange how you first talk about the agency's actions, then call Kim Soo Hyun a demon....
“It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.” Mark Twain
I can't believe how relevant it still is. People can't believe that the one they were happy to accuse, in fact the courts had nothing to accuse him with. People can't believe that someone can rise from the ashes. People can't believe that they didn't manage to k!ll another artist. People can't believe that Kim Se Ui, that YouTuber guy who is in prison now, lied to them. I laugh at the users who still find the energy to accuse, even though their idol is in prison for what he did to Kim Soo Hyun and the greedy and lazy family, as well as their lawyer, will have the same well-deserved future. ⚖
@Mephisto U've already proven that u're incapable of anything. Not even a dialogue. A reasonable and decent dialogue is completely out of the question.
After spitting all the insults you now blocked me. Typical stup!d, brainle$$ hater behavior.😏
You should read a book and maybe get a dictionary. It will explain everything you need to know about the words…
@Mephisto It's no surprise that Kim Soo Hyun's accusers have no brains... Some of them are even enjoying the coolness of prison and others are expected to arrive there soon. You can follow them too. I don't think anyone would cry. 😂
Your response to what? Agency interests? Hahaha., you make me laugh. Tell me more about that. GM knew exactly who they was dealing with. However, the fact that they lent her that money saved her from other embarrassing things, like jail time.
I'm not confusing anything. I'm simply correcting you regarding the time of death, which hasn't been confirmed by any forensic institute. The date of death recorded is the day she was found…by a friend, not by her greedy and lazy family. Let's not forget how many suicide attempts she made during her life.
Everything you have listed are fragments of facts, interwoven with subliminal and direct accusations.
There is no evidence that the actress committed suicide that day. If you still want to be fair, state that she was found that day, and her family refused an autopsy to determine other details.
Why couldn't Sae Ron pay off her debts? Was it because Korean artists only earn a pittance? No, there were several reasons, the first of which was related to the financial burdens she already had before the DUI, the financial burdens of her family, and especially the bankruptcy of her father's business. Another reason for her money problems was the accident she caused by driving under the influence of alcohol. This event was fatal for her career, and the haters and the industry cut off her livelihood; she could no longer work as an actress, and even her contracts were terminated. That's exactly what happened to Kim Soo Hyun. The only difference is that he wasn't at fault. The fact that the greedy and lazy family, supported by a YouTuber known for his defamatory and fabricated content (and now facing numerous lawsuits), fabricated and spread rumors that many believed is completely different from her situation. The course of events, however, was the same. Only he wasn't penniless and didn't have a greedy and lazy family to support.
Although most of you don't like to admit it, she took her own life for many reasons that have nothing to do with Kim Soo Hyun.
Another reasons: she was a person with deep depression, including being under psychiatric treatment, she had a family that sucked everything she earned and they did not give her the moral support she needed. She failed many times because of her family, and then because of herself, frequently entering into relationships with different men, having a rather messy private life. She also married a person who deepened her depression even more. All her actions were irresponsible, including calling GM and telling them that she did not intend to pay any money on the debt. She also had other debts, to various people in the industry. She was harassed by the people who are now harassing and calling Kim Soo Hyun “pedo" and pointing fingers at him as if he is guilty. Then/now she was/is practically made a saint after her death, precisely because cyberbullying had had its effect on her and a dead person is automatically considered a saint. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and thanks to her family, it's been revealed publicly how she lived her time and life.
She didn't have the support she needed to get her life back on track, the way Kim Soo Hyun is managing to do it now. Yes, I'm very happy about his return and I'm convinced of the changes this will bring to the K-industry.
The bad guy is in jail. The family is next. Even the family's lawyer looks like he's going to have to answer for…
If there ever comes a time in your life when you are wrongly accused of something very serious and you are put in the position of proving the opposite, don't forget this case.
