I know it's a zombie movie but when you make this kind of movie if you want it to be good you have to make one feel that if the SF event would happen in real life it would feel real..
-pool of blood still pink on the floor after 6 months ?
-zombies running around like an IKEA shop opened in their city
-house in the woods yet somehow safe...
-mouth to mouth cpr technique with obviously just a lip touch
-food just lying around after 6 months in open sight.. not to mention if that is a school (looks like that) wth liquor did you find in a school bro?

Forget the CGI AI scenes music whatnot... at least do the other things like they should be ...so that it doesn't look so cheap... Low budget does not excuse poor writing. Might excuse bad effects but not the rest...

I saw the 2 eps, I like the actors... and their chemistry so far... but I donno if i can get over the cringe. I'll try 2 more eps..

same same... i just started...like the song from min 19 ep 1.. but i feel it's AI... (i get the effects and all..but still kinda bad) i hope the story and chemistry is good..

It is happy ending I've heard, but I was kinda hopping for Sun Yuan Zhu and Sun Yu to end up together. I donno about the series, but in the novel, I understood he commits suicide.

God damn it I was looking for the novel and spoiled myself with the most tragic plot I did not even expect.. FML

it actually has much more yearning and teasing than it has standard "hot" scenes.. I am looking and finding holding hands faaaar more sexy than I ever thought I would :))) Also, though the kisses are present, I find their intimate conversations far more enchanting ... You should give it a try.

OMG the intro OST is killing me.. whenever it starts, my heart skips a beat.... whatever scene is on it, is just amazingly well done, goes with it flawlessly ... And usually when I get a crush on an intro song it usually builds up in reverse (like it has a part I like very much then my enthusiasm slowly settles) but this one.. it just grows like controlling my breathing while advancing.. The only songs I felt like this, was with the ending OST in "To my shore" and "Pain" by Isaac Hong (heard it in "Hapiness" I think)... I need this OST too, and listen to it a few days straight and even then, I am not sure I will get it out of my bloodstream... :)))

Man, the male lead reminds me so much of Seo Kang Jun. Is it just me?

Hey, I have only read 2 web novels (one korean and one chinese) and am currently reading my third but it is also chinese, judging by the ones I have decided to read till the end (which are “two faced buddha” - the one “to my shore” is based on, and the web novel for “Payback” ) I kind of think I know the type you are looking for. The one I am reading now that really got me is called “Alpha Predator” by a chinese author. It is a toxic/intense push-and-pull, complicated power dynamic, emotionally messy relationship, and “I hate you but can’t let you go” comes from both sides. It is also the first omegaverse novel i am reading but i find that kind of world really interesting. To me this novel displays a brutal fight for trust, (it has a few episodes if intense explicit scenes just as good or even better than Payback, To my shore was a bit more gentle on this aspect) and the redemption is slow, satisfying and equal to the initial display of power. If you like this kind of dynamic, where one is very possesive and domineering and the other a bit more restrained but stubborn and resilient … i think it’s a good match. For far all these 3 eeb novels I mentioned are a solid 10/10 for me. If you decide to read it too, let me know what you think, I would love to hear it ❤️

it was faaaaaaaaar more satisfying in the book. That would have required 2 seasons and would have been exceptional. But I liked their acting here.. kind of what i imagined in the book their personalities would be depicted like.

oh and the music...

maaaaan I still remember that scene where she has a crisis a crosses the street and like.. he is stunned that she gets up and starts laughing and crying in shock... Still love this drama to this day.

I noticed in the comments people are really upset about how this drama is going especially because of the villain here. I can tell you they did they best they could to not shock people but also keeping the main direction: "what kind of f**ek up weirdos roam the industry?"

The original book (donno about the webtoon on which the series is based, did not read that) has a much more harder to digest take on it. It is extremely graphic (nothing is implied, it is all out in the open, vividly gut-wrenching). I am happy, TRULLY, happy they kept the series low on this matter.. really. So, to those upset, again.. they did their best to reduce the shock of it all.

Yeah, I know... not trying to say that these matters should not be revolting because that is the main point of it, but if anything, the series does an exceptional job pointing out the revolting stuff, it is not the series which people should be upset about.

do not read the original book. They barely scratched the surface with that trauma..
