I was just reading the webtoon when I found the essence of how their relationship has been until now:

Do you know any good one that you absolutely recommend ?

So i started well, I guess...and ruined any chance for me to find something this good again :))) god damn it this will raise the bar to the sky :))

it is the first time in my life that I am also reading the webtoon and even though I am up to date with the series, I came back to watch it again.. slowly :))))

I don't think I've seen something this good this year (and man do I watch a lot of dramas).... no matter how it ends this is a solid 10/10 for me. It hurts me to the core.

oh wow... this is seriously good.

I worry about how much I am enjoying this :)))

oh com'on, let them have at least one real success I am hurting over this show, I really am

man I love his hair... don't ask why, i've seen that style so many times but i just love ML's hair.
Last time I kept staring was when i saw Stranger (season 1) that feathery style.. just fits.

Also yep, was thinking just that sure, keep the gun to his nose 😂 maybe change hands, get angrier man.. but though that scene felt off, it’s still a very good show.

same thought. but the mistress seems awfully sure she did have a relationship since she is so eager to avenge him.

Plus, if she and the mother in law knew each other as it seems in the last scene, I don't get the garden scene. It is obvious she slipped the fact that she knew about him not being her natural son , she knew she messed up.. so did she know that from him ? (i thought he did not know.. but if he did why tell the mistress... if they were allies then what about the son ?) 2 eps can wrap it up

The one scene that sent chills down my spine was the one with the Chinese ambassador.. "you want this war?"
"everyone wants it"

I want that too but remember he too got shot when they escaped by boat. Yet in the intimate scene she asked if he would really take a bullet for her. Lady, he kinda did... but I guess she meant "die" for her, so even the bullet he took now won't be enough for the writers to prove his dedication.
I guess they wanna make a parallel with the opening scene when she was willing to take a bullet for her husband. since "i am you and you are me in our dreams".

I hope they use the intent in his case as well if needed to be willing (as the poor man already did the entire show) and not actually kill him. :))

I mean ya a bit disappointed in the turn of events (c'omon ... all that for money and the US was really played here? Their ability to invent danger and then go get rid of it is not even science fiction they could have used exactly that for credibility) and the scene when she realizes who the agent is and takes him to the cliff... a bit overplayed there, all the talk and the gun pointing seemed off and waaay to much of a clisee.... SO, me still loving it despite all that.... is something. Still getting 9.5 at this point from me.

Also... the kiss in the water, totally awesome and beautifully edited.

That would have ended the drama

I assumed that too but we didn’t get to see him before that 1frame and didn’t know that detail and he played it well, his face screams “give me romantic dramas” he has the most charming gaze i have ever seen on an actor (for a romantic gaze i mean) really awesome.. would be a shocking turn of events to be something else than what he seems 😂
Also, happy to see it have 9 eps because that way nothing seems rushed .. it’s what chaos looks like. I have many arguments as to why i find this a great drama but yeah, his gaze is one of them 😂

This is, so far, the best drama I've seen this year and it is not even done so maybe I am a bit ahead of myself..but....
1. dude looked in love since the first frame...
2. I AM SHOCKED by the ending of episode 5... I mean... it is my worst nightmare these days, to enjoy something precious to me and in that very moment have it all taken away by that one announcement. These days... that is the most scary threat.
