Putting part of that scene at the beginning of the series was such a brilliant move. We have always thought that Adachi was referring to mind reading, but in the last episode they revealed his epiphany: the real magic in his life is the wonderful people who are by his side. As you say, it wasn't clear enough in WeTV's version. Thank goodness we have Mich ^^

WeTV translated differently so many parts in this episode. In the scene with Kurosawa and Fujisaki, the latter says "it's very thoughtful of you" in WeTV's version and "you're all fired up" in Irozuku's. I've done a little research because their interpretations were just too different and... well, as expected, Mich was right. "張り切る" means "enthusiastic", "in high spirits", "full of vigor". I must say, I'm quite disappointed in WeTV. People pay for their contents, so the translations should be at least accurate.

Well, that's a very interesting interpretation. I think that Kurosawa believed him -- I mean, how would Adachi know about Anton Building otherwise? -- but as you say, it took Adachi a week to accept that he wasn't delutional; it would only be natural for Kurosawa to have some doubts. The more I think about it, the more your theory feels plausible. In any case, the meaning behind his words doesn't change: his love for Adachi is unconditional. That is incredibly beautiful indeed! ^^
Wow, rewatching the last episode with Irozuku's subs was a superb experience. Especially the rooftop scene, it hit so differently. Mich is really the best when it comes to accuracy and putting the characters' feelings into words.

About the kiss, it might have to do with Machida's contract with his company, but no official statement has been released, they are just speculations. I personally don't care about the kiss, though. Their love story was beautiful nonetheless and a kiss wouldn't have changed anything in my opinion ^^
It took me FOUR re-watches to notice it (I'm not proud of it). I guess I was too focused on Adachi and totally ignored his surroundings the first three times. But I love how they payed attention to every detail. That messy room really added something. For some reason Adachi couldn't verbally admit that he was hurting, but his room spoke for him.
This scene was so sweet and intimate. Absolutely beautiful. I don't care about the complaints, for me this episode was as perfect as the other eleven. It melted my heart and made me the happiest person on planet Earth.
