Yeah the writing and directing definitely played a huge role. What not everyone might not know is that the director of Lovely Runner has co directed Flower Of Evil (which is one of my top shows) and Goblin as well (i did not like the plot but most of people know the cinematography was stunning).

The writer has suprised me the most. I had to stop watching True Beauty but she is doing incredible with Lovely Runner.

It is an fact that no matter how many shows or movies are being created by people, there is no single piece of media where every person on earth will like it.

Once everyone realize how it works then you would not feel disturbed by comments, who criticize the show.

I am not too familiar with what other actresses do when it comes Sk but with Hyeyoon she mostly draws a line and even with her past projects, she has created friendships (no matter the gender) which still continue even after a projects ends. She has her focus more on her career than any serious relationship, those who have seen the House On Wheels episode with her, Rowoon and Jaewook know what i am talking about

It truly depends on the individual person like in my case i actually do not like romcom at all. I prefer to watch movies or shows with zero romance or just a little bit. Lovely Runner has a solid plot even until now for me. Guess i might be a bit biased since it is Hyeyoon who brought me to this show but i had to drop one of her last shows and it was romcom too. This just shows how much a plot matters

I see so it seems like you are into fantasy. Her movie Ditto is a melodrama with a touch of fantasy.

My most favorite project from her so far is The Girl On A Bulldozer but that might not be something for you. It is an mystery thriller and something complete different from her bright characters as in Extraordinary You etc

From my own personal experience..I think it would be a waste of time to give Inspector & Joy another try.

Your opinion is valid, so do not think that you're saying crazy stuff. I don't recall everything. It has been almost 2 years and it was a movie which can be watched once

No worries. I get your point and i see so most of the villains you have seen are not part of your favorite actors. Who knows, one day you might check it out but you don't have to. I have not watched Sd either but for me was the reason with the plot itself and some of the cast 😂
