You are speaking the truth. I am kinda not much into dramas and movies of South Korea anymore because of a few things but Hyeyoon is the one reason i keep looking forward even to an romcom. I do not watch a lot of romcoms in general but Lovely Runner is so good

It is quite interesting to see different views on it. I would not keep watching something if it is not the genre i usually like because it is just wasting time. To be honest rom-com is not really my thing but if it has the right cast with a good plot then it works.

I have seen more rom-coms from other countries than Sk but Hyeyoon makes it easy for me to tune in

Looks aren't everything, while there might be actresses who are considered pretty, they might not be good at acting.

Everyone has their own opinion and rightfully so but Hyeyoon is beautiful and an talented actress. She even made it into the list of FORBES "Entertainment & Sports - Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia" in 2023 and not a lot of actresses got mentioned but she made it.

There is so much more to Hyeyoon and i feel like people will sooner or later discover what a gem of a person she is

It is fun for me to read some comments like this because the thing which some people out there might not know that Hyeyoon, no matter the gender gets easily along with whoever she works with. She even has chemistry with women.

It is even more hilarious that while in Hyeyoon's dramas she has co actors who are really tall, it is the complete oppostite in her movies.

Her looks in the movie "The Girl On A Bulldozer"..I was like damn this woman. That is my opinion but she is an versatile actress and from her interviews she seems like a smart, funny and lovely person.

Lovely Runner is not an highschool drama. They are in the highschool setting but not all the time since it is time-travel

It is quite interesting to read your point of view, while i think completely different that it shows real talent if an actor or actress can play good characters but villain or grey characters as well, not everyone is available to do that because i think some actors/actresses out there are good in one genre but that's it

Welcome to the club. I feel that Hyeyoon always adapts the tone of her voice depending on the character because she sounds completely different even in her movies like "The Girl On A Bulldozer" and "Ditto".

I feel you on that. It has not been two years for me but i have only watched one kdrama last year and i tried to give a chance to others but nothing got my interest. It could be that i am a bit being biased since Hyeyoon is one of my favorite actresses, her latest movies were great but her last two dramas weren't my type but Lovely Runner seems to turn into a solid one and that comes from someone who does not watch a lot of romance 😂

Maybe those characters are not for you but you could give her movies a try like "Ditto" or "The Girl On A Bulldozer".

To each their own but i have found this was a solid third episode and i will be waiting for tomorrow
