Gosh I was just going to write - CAN Mr Kim stop already??? he is gpimg deeper and deeper into doodoo repeating the same the same the same mistakes over and over and over again.... and making it worse and worse and worse Common - he is not more human at all. He is more and more STUPID
I keep thinking of Bon Apettit My Majesty - the ML actor was so energetic. It seems like h was stoked he got a chance with a good drama, and he was extatic to be in it, and soooo vibrant.
From th start of this drama, I think ML actor here is tired. EVEN BEFORE THE IMF CRISIS STARTED, HE IS NOT VERY SPUNKY. Yeah he is a pretty good actor, that's ok, but .... I am talking about something else. I am talking about the personal vibe, something that just comes off from a person. He seems like someone successful who is tired of working - who had it all and it just tired of the same old thing - and the politics and problems and staying on top and city life and night life and all that, like .... he has seen it all and he is tired of it. He seems like someone who needs a RESET - to go out on a vacation to help starving children in Africa and orphaned elephants and rhinos, and to get in touch with the Ground, himself, Higher Power, Nature, and just LIFE and being grateful and happy and ... pure, in fresh air and sunshine. Starting from a blank slate...
So yeah helping orphaned elephants is the best remedy. Then also some fun times like going on photo safaris and walking through the bush. Why walking not driving when there are lions? I am not sure :) but somehow it might work :) GROUNDING....
A trip to Ocean in Hawaii might do the trick too :) Maybe... Heck I need a trip to Hawaii. I need to go home :)

I would say 20 mins or ideally 1 episode would be enough for you to know if you like it or not.
Bc sometimes ppl watch trash for whatever reason. Just recently I watched Would you Marry Me bc I was trying to destress, and it was trashy but it thought me two marvelous precious lessons. So whatever intuition told me to stick watching it, was worth it.
So watch it and you will know if it is trash or there is some value for you
Ugh again female stupidity plot... when a big fire breaks out, you RUN FOR HELP!!!! you dont try to put it out yourself... then you stay by the door!!!! you dont run back into the fire!!!! and that Pyo killer - did he know she was inside??? I am not sure if he saw her or he was just indifferent....
The youngest pair is incredibly cute puppies and it is a good thing that the Evil Anaconda did not start coiling up around them too... But she will ... and they will need all the help....
Also, EH's mom and brother.... they are sooo insecure and the Evil Anaconda was easily coiling up around them and brainwashing them and choking their spiritual bones to the point of breaking.... So I hope they will learn to be more immune to that predator

Regardless how "good friends" EH and WJ were - no giving liver to him. It just ain't right given the circumstances.... and even if they grew up togethere happily, still would not be right for a petite littl thing that weighs about 50 lbs to give up 10% of her body mass to anyone.... . THERE IS NO MEAT OR BLOOD ON EH, SHE CANNOT SPARE ONE MOLECULE OF HER SUPER SKINNY MALNOURISHED BODY

I love that scene when SJ waits for SB, then tries to hide and ... turns around to face her LOL He really needed a hot, active and decisive woman who is also gentle and considerate. Her heat is LIVENESS is melting him real fast :) She is a MASTER of handling the scaredy cat inhibited SJ.... She never scares him nor makes him run away, but she never lets him get away with anything either, she matches his moves and faces him squarely, ... which gives him space to think about it and to realize he SHOULD make a move... and then since she leaves space for him, he feels safe and perhaps loses his steel self control and follows his heart - and his hormons :) even for a moment, and DOES make a move .... and WHEN HE MAKES A MOVE, SHE RECIPROCATES. So he is cornered, always LOL and he keeps marching forward under her guidance ... she lets him hear his own heart - and hormons - and act on it, and then she clenches the deal :)
She is so ALIVE and VIBRANTLY ACTIVE, he did not have any desire to wait for 6 years to hug her :) He hugged her after .. how many days apart? a few? a week at most... He kept thinking about her like every day and monitoring her, for weeks already... His interest is GENUINE. She is so radiantly alive that it is impossible to resist that CALL TO LIFE TO BE ALIVE.
EH is mellow, passive aggressive, meak and weak and passive, yet also extremely straight forward and does not fear at all to throw difficult issues at JH and demand straight talk about it and appoligies, she stands up to him, openly. like a little yuppy chihuahua to a big scary fight dog, and is a perfect match for the hot rash aggressive even cruel and straightforward JH... well once she gains a few muscles... she is too skinny to be a good love partner, she lacks the stamina and strenght... He is an athlete. She GOTTA be athletic too EH and JH are very complicated characters who do a lot of wrong things out of insecurity and pride... so I hope they dont mess up again and again... bc really they WILL make a good pair
Ah, Su Bin is PERFECT for SJ! She has that mix of being still and silent to nail him down and then leaving him space to fess up and move forward, and she has the fire to grab him when he makes a move forward. Wow Su Bin, the amazing hot woman! She brings out the playful alive warm side of SJ..... She makes him feel safe, relaxed, and alive, he can uncoil with her. and have fun.... She is the one for him. They will be happy forever

This drama is generally cute college drama, but ... with some twists... i wonder what this drama is really trying to accomplish... It is using some unexpected twists to shock the audience...
For the first time ever, the typical asian drama plot is reversed - now the man is all heart no brains, and the woman is smart and frozen cold rather cruel. The exact opposite of a typical kdrama, which creates 100% of th plot by having FL do stupid stuff and ML save her.
I am also glad we get to see real women. Not some skinny chicks in mini skirts, like Jenny. Korean actors and actresses seems like are forced to be super thin and that is horrifying. That was fashionable in the West in 1960s... Now, what is fashionable is MUSCLES. And that is a lot healthier too.
I like that this kdrama addresses the topic of "good looking men" and how the looks are passing and not everything, and how many good looking become addicted to attention, fall and become entitled ppl, players, etc... That is a cool attempt to introduce certain equality between genders and to educate youngsters about years ahead and what really matters.
Also, FL is a comp sci major - how great. I am so glad someone is promoting engineering and comp sci, smart women, female engineers, etc. That is so cool.
This show also promotes LGBT.... which is promoted a lot lately, generally, there are so many gay romance kdramas now.... so ok, young people probably need to figure things out these days as the global overpopulation and no need for kids makes LGBT acceptable and actually ... desirable... :) but also clashes with the S Korea being the lowest with birth rate and Korean government and kdramas promoting having babies...
Then we have statements about no environmentally friendly golf courses and hotels... not using plastic straws and bottles... recycling.... Nature... Sure, I am on that... but.... while ML is figuring that out, ML is wearing a necklace with a catholic cross... and a tank top with the Jesus crown of thorns.. Heck what was THAT??? So many gays in catholic church killing two birds with one stone...? Then we have party crowd going in cars to some hotel in Nature... ????
Surprisingly LGBT community, at last in the USA, is actually rather wealthy and SUPER CONSERVATIVE and would NOT support green, organic, natural, saving environment, no golf courses and hotels.... They mostly vote Republican... and have taken over the entertainment, fashion, and many other areas of business and wealth and influence...
Then, what is the purpose of that sex toy at the end. It was rather ... cheap humor. I was wondering why that was introduced? Why does th audience need to see that? To shock or tickle the audience? Really? To make this drama so americanized, to have it based on shocking the audience with cheap trashy sexualization? Heck no. I dont watch anything western because of such lack of content and covering up the brainless trashiness by cheap tricks.
If this moment was going to be used to discuss the prevalent use of pornography in the last generations in the West - and perhaps that is a good thing against overpopulation? LOL but it is a bad thing for egotism..... - well those scenes did not have to last like ... 20 mins total? Why make such a big fuss about it?
Also, I am very suspicious at this point... it seems as yet another attempt to americanize the Koreans and to cater to american audience and make them watch this and pay $$$$$ for th drama. Exactly the holywood/disney trick - put as much sex and violence and wild car chases as you can, the most lewd and explicit kind, and it will definitely make the movie/series very popular... HECK NO... I am quitting if kdramas become westernized. There is absolutely nothing worth watching in the west, and if Kdramas lose their creative CONTENT then bye bye kdramas too.

The ONLY advantage that a kdrama has over a western piece is that a kdrama is creative, based on unique story and characters, has CONTENT, has CHARACTER GROWTH, solves problems in meaningful and warm ways, and promotes sane healthy living lifestyle. So if a kdrama throws that out, ... there is no reason to watch it :) it becomes the same old western trash.
Kdramas now show ppl drinking whiskey, sleeping in beds, eating bread and pasta, drinking coffee, taking LOTS o sleeping pills, there are Catholic churches and crosses everywhere, like in every single drama... I dont get to see Buddhist scenes in the dramas anymore!!!!
So what is going on here, really.... ???
I will probably finish watching this on some cold rainy day like today and fast forward through all scenes without the content.
One more comment: I liked those Pilates machines and ML seems to have strong legs, so how come his shoulders and arms are so skinny?
I suspect that ML actor is some kind of fun loving party dude in real life, he is so enthusiastic and natural in those scenes, and very contrived fake in scenes where he is dumb and bland..... I wonder why he took this role.
