Just got the chance to start this tonight.
Let me just say, I love me a blood drenched scholar simmering with homicidal rage.

I have a good feeling about this one, though I do t recognize any of the cast just yet.

I started rewatching immediately.

A second season could work. I need to know what happened to Princess and YL & ZZ. Much more to the story.

I’m not going to be able to handle any down time between this and whatever the next big show will be, so please cdrama engine hurry up and release another banger.

Can’t lie…Uncle Yan looked kinda sexy in his plain brown frock coming to save Xie Wei in ep 30. Nothing like a capable man.

Time to reshuffle my “favorite cdrama of all time” list.
This is too 20. Maybe top 10. Most satisfying ending that I can think of for sure.

So my question is…what is ZLH up to next? Cuz all he does is make winners.

Ju Jingyi is just not a good actress imo: oh well… back to our boy. I can’t believe he is such a newcomer. I first saw him in MH and remember people commenting on his red ears 😍
He has become such an amazing actor. I love this role for him. Obsessive. Possessive. Machiavellian. He did very well.
