Yugyeom is used to being surrounded by people that want something from him. I think he expects everyone to have an ulterior motive for wanting to be close to him. And he is a people pleaser.
Sunwoo doesn’t pursue him, doesn’t want his money or his favor. It has to be driving him crazy. Here is a principled kid who works his ass off to accomplish things on his own. This kid does not need him.
So I when Sunwoo confessed, we all know that it’s because he genuinely likes Yugyeom, with out any other motivation.
Not sure Yugyeom has ever experienced that.

This show is a testament to the fact that if you do it right, 24 minute eps can feel like you are living a lifetime.

And Mizuki, we see you baby. You are just as crazy in love with this boy as he is for you. Getting jealous that the shop girl was flattering Yoh. So possessive.

There are so many mysteries in this show. That’s what makes it fun I guess.
