It’s like the xianxia industry heard us. 2 couples which are well written and acted. Very different. Non-toxic. Fun. An engaging plot. Time seems to fly. And the viewer is free to adore the individual characters and the two couples without conflict and entirely.

What do you think Angels are like? Innocent and cherubic? Not according to old testament and non-canonical text. They were sympathetic messengers at best. Terrifying creatures at worst. You should broaden your reading.
I thought that was fun as hell. Deserves a better rating. Best role I’ve ever seen Seo In Guk play. Didn’t know he had the chops, though I suspected he had those cheeks. And Jang Dong Yoon…nice to see his pretty face and to see him in a serious action role. I hope for a sequel.
The problem with Ritsu is that his love is as warm as the surface of the sun. I don’t think he knows or values how intensely his love affects others. And if he has commitment issues or fears of being hurt, he will hold himself at a distance and withhold that love. I’m trying to understand him and even trying to justify what he does but damn, he is an interesting character. Like an angel. Awe inspiring, aloof and unattainable.
I’m gonna catch some shit for this but I’m feeling zero luv for the ML. I’ve never seen anything this dude has been in before so I’m without bias, I don’t like this character nor him in the role. I wonder if it’s the screenplay but this guy and his actions make very little sense to me:

I did not expect this. What a delight. He oozes smarmy sex appeal and she is so thirsty and over the top. I cannot tell you hard I laugh at these two. Chaotic perfection.
