Ok so ending has anyone else notice that they are grouped off. The ones alive are on one side and those who past…
To me it shows that eventually he will go since the poison isn’t cured but being suppressed only so he’ll lived for quite some years with HanYan and fam. Then when he goes, he won’t be alone and her family will be there, meanwhile HanYan has his family.
It's okay. You're just being honest about your opinion. At least you're not as harsh as some other viewers. My…
He’s handsome. Love his manly looks and those lips, so kissable. 😆❤️ It was a little sad his character had to be serious, hiding emotions so he’s super stoic but he did it perfectly.
I’ve seen comments saying The Glory is better, then some saying The Double is better. 🤣 I’m one that stopped…
Pacing for The Double? The Glory? 😆 I only watched 7 episodes of TD and find it slightly slow but not bad. TG was fast paced until after 20 and then it picks back up again to the end.
I was traveling on march 27 to 30 so I was not able to watch the last 10 episodes when it was airing so I am catching…
lol I don’t get some viewers. 🤣 HanYan isn’t a red flag for no reason. Most expects the usual cdrama fl that’s either a damsel in distress, naive, or cutesy acting etc. HanYan is not like that at all. She charges forward towards her goal.
I think there's a misunderstanding. It just would have been nice if the couple had had a few romantic scenes.…
It was filmed to be 36 episodes but after review, it was passed as 30 episodes so lots have been cut. All dramas are cut down before airing to passed reviews and censorship; meanwhile, some don’t even passed so they’re not aired.
As someone that didn't really like The Double is this show still worth watching? I know they're written by the…
I’ve seen comments saying The Glory is better, then some saying The Double is better. 🤣 I’m one that stopped at episode 7 for The Double but finished The Glory. The Glory is dark, barely any romance, both are red flags so lots of schemes even against each other. If you don’t mind that, check it out.
I found it! An edit of Dudu as WenXiao and HanYan, beating her man because she was that worried and upset at them. And then that hug they pulled her into. ❤️
In recent years, as i’ve gained more control over my creative work, i’ve basically stopped writing purely romantic stories. the most common thing i say when taking on projects is: “i don’t accept stories where the sole dramatic purpose is to serve a romance.”
love is beautiful, of course, but i prefer to treat it as just one element among many. my protagonists would never put romance at the top of their life priorities.
the pain they endure is often not born from love, but rather from the unpredictability of life, the harshness of reality, and the enigmatic nature of humanity.
their deepest desires usually aren’t about love, either. they’re more about survival, the pursuit of justice, and self-realisation.
this holds true for my current work .
yet to my surprise, so many people have become invested in the romance between zhuang hanyan and fu yunxi. upon reflection, i realised that perhaps it’s precisely because we wrote them as people first, rather than simply a ‘woman’ and a ‘man’, that their love story became so much more convincing.
Love when Dudu stands up for her mls. ❤️
