JX has matured

She needed that time away and to learn more about the field she's in to appreciate Han Ting's motivation and actions. It doesn't erase his keeping secrets from her, so I don't think she's forgiven him. But I enjoyed the little smiles in the car, so sweet.

Of our three couples, only one is progressing

That is, with some much-needed help from a creative parent. LOL So many obstacles to overcome, it doesn't mean they don't belong together. It may mean that they have to sincerely and resolutely want to be together, and that they will work together to overcome these obstacles. Time away is not always bad - it gives each of them perspective and the time to distance themselves from the extreme emotion so that they can think a little bit more rationally about what they want from life and a life partner.

Sad that there was so much shouting they couldn't hear each other

Even Han Ting, who is normally so cool and calm, was rattled by all that went on, because he was so close to falling into the trap set by Chang He and Han Yuan. Granted, he is always a few steps a head of them in order to avoid these, but Ji Xing willingly went to Tongke when she was emotional and set Han Ting up. If their relationship was a but further along and they had trusted each other more, these outside players (including Zeng Di) wouldn't be able to rattle Ji Xing to the point that JX betrayed HT. Still, HT really should have told JX about Hanhai a lot sooner.

Zeng Di sowing doubts again

I wish Ji Xing had more trust in Han Ting and she didn't waver, esp. when she is getting the information from this source. I mean she knows a lot of what Zeng Di has done to damage her company. But, Han Ting is also at fault for not informing JX soon enough about Hanhai. Multiple people warned him it would be problematic for JX to find out from anyone but him. Ugh!

High and lows

The date scenes were really cute. And their joint childhood memory was truly special. I have to say I'm dismayed by the turn of events of Huang WeiWei's betrayal. Han Yuan obviously bought her out but I thought WeiWei and Ji Xing had a real friendship. For a while, it was just the two of them against everyone in the R&D department. From what it sounded like, JX bailed her out a few times, since WeiWei tended to make mistakes. JX didn't expect gratitude, but I don't think she expected to be betrayed either. Just too many bad players around JX and HT.

2 years, it took Ryu 2 years to figure it out

From the end of middle school to 10th grade, Ryu was trying to figure out how he felt about Zen. And he finally figured it out. WowAnd we have our second couple confirmed. Phew, what an episode.

Truly a team

HT and JX make a great team. Both with great brains and strong spirit. If they can continue to support each other and communicate well, I believe they can make it.

SML is back in the picture

Han Ting shows his jealousy which was actually amusing, esp. when he hasn't even made a move for so long. I mean months and months since FL and SML broke up. I know it's an awkward situation with him being her investor, but he already lost her once. One would think he would be more proactive this time around.

Start-up realities

Good episode showing start-up realities, including lack of management skill for a technical person. Han Ting recognized this and enrolled Ji Xing in classes, which was a good move. It was heartening to see Han Ting try NOT to solve every problem for Ji Xing because she needs to be able to do it herself, but when she was being undermined be the scheming Zeng Di, Han Ting did intervene. I was impressed by the balancing act he was able to maintain.

Can I just say I don't like Zeng Di?

I mean I see that she's interested in Han Ting, but he's never reciprocated. Mr. Lin called her to confirm Han Ting's relationship with Ji Xing, so if there's anything inappropriate implied, it may have come from her. Li Li did upsell the relationship to the salesperson, but nothing inappropriate was implied that I noticed.

Han Ting is ruthless

Wow, his words can cut. And I'm not disagreeing with what he's saying but he had a plan for Ji Ting and her quitting spoiled his plan. Plus, his plan B for her to work with Dr. Jiang also failed. Now, he's discouraging her at every turn, not realizing that it only fuels her fire.

Chen Yi Chuan is an idiot

For someone so smart, Chen Yi Chuan is an idiot. It would be different if he didn't actually like her. He would be forgiven, but he does like and care for her, he's just too dense to know it.

Manipulation

Shi Ying really manipulated Zhuang Fei into thinking she had a chance with Jiang ZhenHan, to sow accord between Zhuang Fei and Lin Xi because of her own jealousy. It's disgusting.

Still smiling

I feel like I smiled throughout that episode, Lots of cute scenes between QToey and PeemPhum. And Peem didn't just say, I like you, he actually said รัก Rạk, even before they were officially dating. My heart just melted.

Way to upstage that expensive birthday bash

Just hack into the closest big screen. Bottom line is, Lin Xi already has feelings for Zhen Han so Qin Yue is too late. He just waited too long. At one point, Lin Xi may have been open to his feelings but one Zhen Han came into the picture and they got to know each other, all they could see was each other.
