Predictable, slow, dragging, not thrilling!!
Nine Puzzles had a solid concept and a decent storyline, but it was painfully slow, uneventful, and dragged way too much. The only reason I stuck around was to confirm the killer who was already obvious and uncover the backstory. Each episode felt like a chore, leaving me with a tight, uneasy feeling, but I powered through (and no, itās not about my taste, Iāve watched Doubt and other thrillers). The FL didnāt click, and as for the ML, my second drama of his, and Iām still not sold.
For a psychological investigative thriller, it lacked any real thrill. A drama stuffed with A-list actors doesnāt automatically make it good. And can they stop making the killer the most obvious choice by giving them barely any screen time or storyline?
The one scene that stood out? The ending? her choice with the fire was bold! The leads? Completely forgettable. If thereās a S2, they need a major revamp or just scrap it altogether.
A 7/10 for me, but definitely a one-time watch.

ONE TRACK NARRATIVE
This drama just proves that no matter how skilled and professional a woman is, an amateur man can still somehow be positioned as a worthy opponent.
A teacher clashing with a student? Sure, heās a bad guy, but that kind of dynamic feels forced especially when the teacher in question is a professor *and* a boxer??
The story itself lacks any real depth, just a predictable, one-track narrative. Good actors, but nothing particularly memorable!
She should have beaten his side guys too or maybe someone else!! Donāt know why kdrama are fond of wasting good casts!

MELODRAMATIC BUT BEAUTIFUL TO WATCH
The drama delves into themes of love, regret, and the passage of time. It portrays the emotional turmoil of rekindling a past romance and the impact of unresolved feelings on current relationships. The series also highlights the cultural differences between Korea and Japan, adding depth to the charactersā struggles1. Iāve never been a fan of melodramas, but Episode 1 had me hooked, and thankfully, every episode lived up to my expectations! The fact that she learned Japanese just for this drama already makes LSY one of my favorites.āWas this review helpful to you?

Normalize Sad ending too
I would have rated it higher if we have gotten a breakup which was initiated by JinHwan! I don't think I want to be a relationship were I will be second guessing my every move cause I have a partner with inferiority complex and insecurity issues, it's a deal breaker!Imagine waking up reach day to check if your partner is still right next to you, or his clothes are still in the wardrobe and not knowing was going through his mind!
I really wished we got a better ending but the tried with their acting tho!

Donāt know why it took me this long to watch!!
Let me give credit to YoHan(Hwa Woon), donāt know why they called his role a supporting role tho!!Story: Good story, I loved how they started the all plot without showing us he was the one doing the killing! I also love the story of the other casts too!!
cast members: Beautiful characters and they did their part beautifully well!!
Was sad that the Father died tho!! he didnāt deserve to die!!
JuHyun was a little bit annoying tho!!
It was beautiful written with a little flaw but still among the best of kdram thriller drama!!

IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER WITH MORE EPISODES
I didnāt have high hopes for History of Lossers, but the early episodes (1-4) really impressed me! Itās a story about a group of boys embracing their so-called 'loser' status while navigating relationships and friendships. The dynamics of their friendship were a highlight for me, I loved how they always had each otherās backs.
MinGi was easily the most frustrating character, in my opinion. Plus, it felt like the controversy during filming impacted the conclusion, leaving the story unfinished. My favorite character was Ryeoun. Despite not having enough screen time or storyline development, he stood out as the foundation of their friendship group, quietly holding them together.
That said, the biggest downside was the episode length, it was too short! The rushed ending left so much unresolved, and Ryeounās storyline, in particular, deserved more attention. With more time to flesh out the characters and plot, the show couldāve been so much better. Still, it offered a heartfelt glimpse into the lives of boys and how they navigate their bonds and challenges.

SHORT BUT INTENSE
Found out about this movie after seeing that the drama sequel will be released in May 2025!
The movie is short but intense and I loved it!! The zeal and emotion of the boy was amazing! No one should stay bullied for that long too!!
Because itās a movie the full story wasnāt told and Iām happy weāre getting a drama version which will have more plot and storyline!!
Hopefully, all cast members will still be there, cause they all did amazingly well!!
I canāt also wait to watch Do-Hyunās get his own revenge and more of WooLsun fight!!
It was a good drama š

AN UNTOLD STORY OF THE STUDY GANG
Study Group" is a webtoon adaptation of the same title. While Iām not typically a fan of bullying dramas, this one stood out because it featured the protagonist frequently getting the better of the antagonist.
Positives:
Great Casting: The actors did an exceptional job, and the chemistry among the characters was evident. The visuals were top tier, and I believe the OST was good too.
Intriguing Backstories: I loved how the backstories were initiated and told. Each story had its unique way of adding spice to each episode, and I was always looking forward to them.
Perfect Character Development: The character development was well-executed, making the drama more exciting to watch.
You'd think you'd had so much fun with one episode, but the next episode would leave you with a new type of excitement! However, I didn't like the fact that Hong Min Gi had little screen time.
Negatives:
HanUI's Character: Let's talk about HanUI,I doubt if he can be saved or if he even wants to be saved. His character was so chilled and cool too.
Final Fight Scene: I didn't like the last fight between GaMin and HanUI. It was too basic compared to the initial fights from previous episodes and had way too many cartoon effects, making it look unrealistic (even though I know it's a webtoon).
In conclusion, Study Group was an exceptional drama overall, with a great cast and a beautiful storyline.

SAME SIMILAR SCHOOL BULLYING PLOTS!! ??
Was it good? Yes! will I rewatch it again? No! was it better than the season 1? Hell no!
The plot felt like I was watching study group with minimal wow moments. The organised school gang, and so many scenes were all similar to study group!
I love the main villain but hopefully they leave him without the school uniform.
SiEun storyline was made to surround SuHo, only for them to make their meeting soulless and bland!! It just felt like the scene was thrown in to please the fans.
I think am tired of the good boys group having 1 great fighter, 1 good fighter, 1 semi good but stil gets beaten up and then 1 loser who doesnāt know how to throw a punch!
At the end, it was a good drama and I loved seeing the faces of the actors!!

WATCHABLE AND ENTERTAINING
First off, I canāt stand excessive cringey comedy, so this was a breath of fresh air! The humor was well thought out and seamlessly woven into the scenes and dialogue no forced awkwardness, just natural laughs.
Iāve got plenty of favorite moments, but episode 10 had me laughing the most. The last drama that made me crack up this much was Mr. Queen.
Oh, and I really appreciate that they didnāt push the high school love story too far even with the hints, they kept it subtle, and it worked beautifully!
I was so sure weād see a romance between the first daughter and that guy in episode 10, but nope, disappointed there. But at least two of my favorite actors showed up as supporting characters, so that was a win!
Overall, I loved it! Such a fun watch.

Better a movie than a drama!! overhyped
I know itās a 2019 drama, but seriously! Iāve watched slow-paced dramas before, but this one was just repeating scenes over and over. From episode 1 to 7, that was basically the whole plot! Jong-Juās character wasnāt used properly same people kept annoying me for seven episodes straight, and he didnāt even react!
The detective was frustrating, and the characters who kept bothering Jong-Ju made me want to slap them through the screen!
They tried to make the female police officer seem tough and dedicated, but all her decisions were just plain foolish.
I get that itās based on a webtoon, but K-dramas need to understand that live-action is different! They didnāt need to drag things out just because thatās how it was in the original story.
Honestly, it was a waste of a strong cast and a good premise. This is exactly why I donāt trust Asian drama ratings!

NEVER KNEW DISABILITY CAME WITH DUMBNESS
My blood pressure skyrocketed watching this drama! I get that they wanted to stretch the story, but the plot was ridiculously unrealistic!
Who goes home knowing a serial killer has their address AND was just set free?! No way a group of trained soldiers would hand over a panicked woman back to a guy like that! And the crowd? Not one person thought to call the police? Be serious. No police force would let a key witness walk away without questioning them in a murder case!
Such a waste of phenomenal actors on a frustratingly absurd storyline. And don't get me started on the second lead his slowness drained my patience!
Cooling off with a solid drama now before my blood pressure hits new heights! š¤š„

COOL DRAMA
I jumped straight into Season 2 without catching up on Season 1, and surprisingly, I never felt out of the loop. The dynamics were brilliant, and the games kept leveling up with each round!
Every character delivered flawlessly they truly owned their roles.
I didnāt really fancy the pregnant girl character sheās was like a hindrance to the group cause they were always more worrried about her instead of them focusing on the game!
Now, Iām just here, patiently (or not) waiting for Season 3!

A TRUE PLOT TWIST DRAMA
Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!š«¢ KARMA IS REALLY A BITCH!!
I actually watched it when it dropped and I was mesmerised by the plot twist!! I never expected things to turn out the way it did in this drama!!
From the main characters to the supporting characters did absolutely great!!
Karma is really a bitch and it was served with cold beer at the end!!
The drama is so short that I felt they should have given us more but Iām not a selfish personš
The end was my fav twist about the doctor, till this day, Iām still thinking about the whole drama š.

NOT A ROMANCE OR REVENGE DRAMA
First, let me be clear: Buried Hearts is a thriller, mystery, and crime drama. Itās not a revenge or romance drama, so stop calling it that š! The story is led by DongJu and Yeom, but the real surprise is that DongJu, who survived death eight times. He's like a cat with nine lives š!
What I Loved:
- No romance! That made the show even better for me. I love it when thrillers and mysteries stay focused without adding love stories.
- The acting was amazing, and I liked almost all the characters.
- The plot felt a little fresh, though it did have some typical Kdrama elements.
What Went Wrong:
- The 16 episodes felt too long. Some parts of the story seemed unnecessary, as if they were added just to fill time.
- The story dragged, repeating the same things and having episodes that felt boring with no real action.
- The only good mystery was finding out about DongJu's father, but many people had already guessed it. There wasnāt much else that felt mysterious.
- There were a few exciting scenes, but nothing special.
- Eunnamās character was dull, and even the housekeepers had more interesting parts.
- Tayeung ended up as āramen boyā with no depth to his story. It would have been nice to see him have a rivalry with the other guy his age.
- DongJu and Yeomās fights kept repeating, without anyone really winning.
The Ending:
I enjoyed the drama and everything it brought to the table, so donāt get me wrong. However, I had hoped for deeper exploration of its genres. And let me emphasize again, itās not a revenge or romance drama! The ending felt overly rushed and lacked a solid storyline. Honestly, if this was the intended conclusion, the show would have been better as a 12-episode series.
