WOW - this was kinda amazing! Gruesome, spot on acting/effects. star studded and cameo-ed lol I was shocked, I hadn't really been following the pre-release news so was REALLY surprised to see Bi Rain and later Park Sea Jun and Dex lol The scene between PSJ and Dex in the car regarding code names is HILARIOUS! Woo Do Hwan and Lee San Yi continue to show great form, humor, brotherhood, and top tier acting! Having first seen WDH in Joseon Attorney: A Morality, his skill range is really quite impressive! Looking forward to Season 3 - I don't think the gruesomeness needs to be increased from Season 2 though... the action scenes were plenty to handle... dear writers, the storyline was a bit simplified compared to the first season, so if a bit more complexity in the storyline could be sprinkled into Season 3 to balance it a bit more that would be much appreciated!
I have two unfulfilled wishes however: 1. Netflix, please share a Makings of Bloodhounds (like you do so many others like the Witcher Series for example) and 2. please add another kick @$$ female lead.
Have to say, I hated the characterization of the leads, but the quality of the acting saved the show and the storyline/characterization of the support cast made the show! A bit odd the juxtaposition of the ML's trad personality agains the show's strong message of mom recognition in the workplace, Absolutely LOVED the side storyline of In-ae's rise! Bravo there (added an extra star for her story and the tough topics raised).
Would love to watch this show, but where also will we be able to find it (if not in S. Korea)? Amazon supports the privatization and reckless, unconstitutional violence of ICE (in the USA) though apparently ICE will also attend the Olympics in Italy?!! IN ADDITION,, Bezos just drastic gutted The Washington Post yesterday - a significant hit to open journalism, free speech, and all around integrity in news here in the USA....

Predictions in reverse guessing order (or least to most elaborate, same order in this case, some details likely…
Well finale is out an watched - they did a good job finishing it up in a nice package that didn't feel too rushed. I totally ❤️ this drama! !! The young actors were all good and the leads got even better as the show progressed! The storyline was unique and refreshingly cute! The closing messages are important (love is the miracle of the universe , you choose your universe and it's rooted in love, and truly loving someone is beyond the outside package and societal expectations) Personally, I believe in these values too and I think to have made such a sweet little series that delivers such impactful messages is no easy feat - so props to the courage and artistry of the writer, producer, and production crew! The world would be/could be such a better, warmer place if we allowed love to flow.
Just started this, but what a great show - props to the writer and all the cast, for making such a mature, courageous, and timely piece! I think this will be a series that will be meaningful to A LOT of people! Personally, I really appreciate it, as it resonates deeply as a straight woman who was almost dumped by my fiancé when I shared my belief of what love was... that conversation led to me admitting that the loving of someone came first and thus, I supposed I could love a woman too, since to really LOVE someone did it really matter? That was 2 decades ago and I called it off (several years later), and we parted ways and though I still identify as straight and female. I also still believe the essence of someone is not confined by the vessel we appear in and that LOVE is both the most complex and simple of miracles - extending beyond all human constructs and barriers by its own inherent nature! I'm looking forward to the rest of this brilliant series! Delightfully wrapped up in a lighthearted rom-com that balances all the dimensions: internal strife, external opinions, love in so many of its applications, identity and relatability. Bravo to all that worked on it to bring it to life! I hope it continues to pack impactful moments throughout every future episode! What a great start!
DAEBAK only the second episode and lost radiant #120 Cho Hyeon Ju (PSH) AND #388 Kang Dae Ho (KHN) - how will I bear to watch the rest of this gruesome series?!! 🫠💔😭
OK. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how this show has such high ratings! The first 4 episodes classify this show as more of a horror. IT finally hits intriguing melodrama in episode 10 and by episode 132 has a total sexual assault that is passed as 'acceptable' within the storyline as the budding romance between two main characters... Maybe I just am too much a woman of today's standards and have to continuously remind myself that this is from 2013 but WOW this is the worst of the Kdramas passing such aggressive male predatory behavior as acceptable that I've seen! So sad - the message it is blaring. Even in the only other sexually charged scene does it was on the borderline... I'll finish the show and see how it ends, how they tie it all up and if they can rectify some of the blaring messages thus far. One main takeaway at least is: Girls don't love anyone but particularly a man you've given your heart to more than yourself - that's a worthy message as it can be so easy and happens so often, whether by being swept up in love and life along with pressures of society and culture... ugh this show really breaks my heart! I chose this show because I really like the male leads and although the acting is good - their characters are such @$$#0£€$ is barely palatable and I honestly don't know how I'll recover! 💔
Ohh thoroughly enjoyed this drama - waiting for news of S2! 🙏🏼 Casting was on point! Bravo to all the new faces that really made their characters 3-dimensional! For me, all the R1s, R2s, Dr. Seo, and Dr. Ryu were so lovable! The cameos from Hospital Playlist were nice, particularly Ha Yoon Kyung/Heo Seon Bin and Moon Tae Yu/Yong Seok Min (ep3), Bae Hyeon Seong/Jang Hong Do (ep6), Kim Jun Han/An Chi Hong (ep7), Shin Hyun Been/Jang Gyeo Ul (ep8), Jung Moon Sung/Do Jae Hak (ep11), and the finale's Kim Dae Myung/Yang Seok Hyeong with Ahn Eun Jin/Chu Min Ha (who also appeared in ep2). Given that Min Ha received the professorship hopefully we will see more of her and Seok Hyeong in another season?!! Will be counting down til I hear news...
OMG I don't understand why this has such a low rating other than too many immature people are watching it! The acting is so great (aside from Min Woo Hyun and bit weak showing by Kim Yoon Hye, but perhaps both are just a bit inexperienced compared to the rest of the cast?) and the story although slow and without a genre aside from "life" is soo beautifully nuance in its revelation on life's bittersweet trials and truths. So good. I'd rate it 9/5/10 but to boost ratings, I'll mark it a 10!
What i understand:Idol - SNSD (more dance)vocal - mamamoo (lesser dancing)I think they want something like Phantom…
Yes you're right-I got my JTBC and Mnet swapped. Someone was also saying how they thought Mnet was failing on i-land2 - ugh sorry. Sad marathon we're in of girls singing competitions - why do they have to treat the girls shows so much worse and handle everything so much more poorly it seems... well though BDU was rocky but Jay stole the show and held it together so that kept the glaring production issues to a minimum. Hey btw - I finally watched the last episode and Nov, Okyeon, JazzyBear, and a handful of the other contestants were in the seats cheering - so maybe someone did scoop them up... they also panned out and there looked like a couple industry people in the audience maybe scouting so fingers crossed for the real talent that didn't fit the 'idol' cookie cutter this time.
